“ Hotel rooms were basic but did the job. Beds could have been more comfortable. However for the price when including all inclusive was great value and was perfect for our purpose - would definitely recommend

“ Just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel and cannot praise highly enough. I have always stayed in four star hotels and in my eyes this hotel is worthy of the same. The food was excellent lots of choice and not atall samey!! always well presented and tasty and could not fault the cleanliness of the whole hotel - rooms and public areas kept spotless.

“ I booked this hotel for 14 guys for a stag weekend on all inclusive. We're all aged about 50 so we weren't looking for a wild time in the hotel, maybe a bit wilder when out and about. Anyway we arrived early May bank holiday weekend, lovely weather; the staff were absolutely excellent and went out of their way to be warm friendly and helpful; the pool was a joy as we were the only ones using it, probably because it was still early in the season; The restaurant manager was exceedingly helpful and always greeted us with a smile and a handshake; the food was fair to good; I couldn't call it excellent as it was buffet style but definitely more than sufficient for our needs. Location wise it was a short walk to some very friendly bars in one direction and the other led to the bay itself which was only a few minutes walk away. We hired a few vehicles and travelled the island which was a lot more attractive than I had thought it would be ( especially the North east of the Island), San Antonio is not a pretty place however but that didn't detract from our enjoyment of it. Would I go back? Yes I would. Every holiday is unique of course and this hotel, although mainly Spanish in clientele was in fact fully booked when we were there but as they were mainly elderly, we never saw them! Great Fun, Lovely Staff, slightly dated hotel but not an issue.
“ Top Tip: We enjoyed the clubs on the cala de bou, west of the hotel, Bucaneros was particularly fun. The car rental people just opposite the bars were easy going, spoke English and nothing was too much trouble. We were concerned that all car rentals were airport based so were pleased to discover that wasn't the case. Go Karting looked good as well, Ocean Beach on S'Arenal waterfront is great for people watching, and free to enter but obviously the drinks are more expensive.
