Recently refurbished, Hotel Apartamentos MONTERREY enjoyes a pleasant and relaxing situation in walking distance (450 m) from the sandy beach of Punta Pinet on the bay of San Antonio. Nice gardens for relaxing walks and marvellous views of the bay. There are studios and apartments, all equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, music, telephone, kitchenette, mini-fridge, full bathroom and balcony, some of them with seaview. The pool and the sun terrace are situated in a nice open area, with free sun beds, Jacuzzi and a tennis court.
At your disposal there is also a lounge with satellite TV. There is a restaurant / snack-bar, which serves all type of food and drinks, a la carte or menu, in front of the terrace. The reception is open 24 hours a day and offers change, safe, car and motorbikes for rent.

“ Be aware this hotel is up a hill so not right next to beach and can be quite tiring when the sun is boiling hot and after a day on the beach. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Air con system was great and kept room very cool. View isn't great as no sea view. Reception staff not very friendly and will ignore you standing at reception until you actually just start talking to them!

“ to many noisy parties in rooms after midnight.steep hill to apartments.staff pleasent.
“ Top Tip: the peppermint cafe and pint pot were both nice restaraunts.also the sun and moon.the pink panther and the bar me were both good bars.

“ Terrible hotel, very unclean, only good thing was air conditioning and restaurant which is run separately from hotel, where food was very good and run by lovely people. Pool also very good and big but very dirty. First room we were allocated was easily accessible from ground and not very nice, though when I complained we were moved. Heard from other residents that lots of thefts from rooms on basement, ground and first floors.

“ This is not a 3 star hotel. The lead booking person was Mrs Cornielle. My name is Mrs Roughsedge and Me and My husband arrived on the 29.6 when I got there the hotel did not have a room for me. They then gave me a key to a room in the basement which was horrible and the patio doors did not open and there was a joining door so I was not going to stay there. The restraunt was also horrible like a school canteen no table clothes etc. I was then sent to another hotel which I did not like as was told by people already staying there it was not very nice so In the end We were moved to Costa Sur which was a lovely hotel and the staff were very friendly as the staff in the monterrey had no customer service at all and were very miserable. Then my friend had to move too as we were all on holiday together. But I must say this experience has put me off staying in hotels abroad unless they are highly recommended first. the hotel was also set back off a main road and it would not be suitable to work back there of a night
