Partly renovated in 2001, the hotel consists of 170 rooms on 4 floors, of which 17 are singles and 153 are doubles. The large flat garden with pine trees is particularly inviting. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, safe, currency exchange desk, lifts, bar, TV room, kids' club (ages 5-11) and children's playground. “ When I booked this hotel I didn't realise I had chosen a week which the elderley folk of Spain had also chosen so was dissapointed to find that my family were the only English people and the youngest there! The hotel catered for the Spanish which was ok but the food was really not what my two children were expecting.We did go all inclusive and give the hotel credit, the drinks were not local but the branded names I love. Smirnoff etc......the pool was never cleaned so leaves from the surrounding trees were ever present,the hotel entertainment was in Spanish.......on the plus side the view was fantastic from our room, and it was changed and cleaned daily, the staff were polite and very helpful.......the hotel is located about a 20 min walk from San Antonio but the water taxi outside takes you there in a jiffy........

Just returned from this hotel with my 5yr old daughter, we went out of season,
so kids club not on, as you would expect with her being the only child there. The
staff were fantastic and made such a fuss of her, which she lapped up! Rooms were spotless and spacious, cleaned every day and clean towels every day. Food was good but a bit repetitive. Dining room staff were also very helpful and made
sure there was something my daughter liked every night. Great location away from
the bustle of san antonio, but a pleasant walk along the prom gets you there in no time. A great place and had a fabulous break.

Top Tip:
Pink Panther was good fun in early evening, a few kids there. restaurant next door
is tremendous. Ice cream parlour in san antonio a must.

“ Hotel very clean, maid service daily. Quieter rooms are on the higher floors on the seaview side. Food slightly repetitive but there is always something different. Bar ran out of beer and crisps, all inclusive finishes 11pm. Entertainment involves animals and birds in shows then 10 euros for a photo. Childrens music every night, everything really finishes at eleven. Hotel very good for cheap break.

“ Great hotel for a budget holiday, has lots of activities which both adults and children can enjoy, the rooms are clean but very standard, some updating needed! close to shops and bars and beaches, lovely setting, nice and quiet! Great evening entertainment. Only downside... the food!! Id read other reviews before travelling but was still very disappointed with it, the children hardly ate and after day 3-4 Id lost all enthusiasm at meal times!
“ Top Tip: the hotel was close to all amenities, we got a taxi to the sant antoni go karting where the coffee was just lovely :-)
