Right on the waters’ edge overlooking San Antonio Bay, these recently refurbished studios and one-bedroom apartments are set on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach on the island.
Accommodation
The property of 155 apartments is centred around a large swimming pool and sun terrace with separate children's pool and new for 2010 a splash park. Each apartment is equipped with a 20-inch flat screen LCD TV, with a variety of English channels including Cbeebies, CBBC, Nickleodeon, Cartoon Network Sky News, Eurosport and various music channels. The kitchens contain an electric kettle, toaster, oven and two electric rings. Each apartment also has its own balcony or terrace. All apartments are fully air-conditioned from 15th June to 15th September.
Half-Board
This summer guests also have the option of half-board, with breakfast being offered on the beautiful terrace of La Bahia restaurant overlooking the beach, whilst your evening meal will be in the glamorous surroundings of Playa Bella restaurant, from where you can also see all of the entertainment.
Sports & Leisure
Children are particularly well taken care of at Playa Bella apartments. The superb day and night entertainment programme will keep all the family occupied, with the kid’s also able to enjoy the fantastic splash park and trampolines. Subject to availability guests are also able to take advantage of the First Choice kid’s club on site.
Useful Information on Distances
The complex is situated directly on the bay overlooking San Antonio (3.6 km. away). There are no roads to cross in order to gain access to the perfectly safe and sandy beach, ensuring the safe access for the young children.

Top Tip:
Great location for everything!
Lots of supermarkets but the best and cheapest can be found by leaving the hotel via the optimist bar and turning right. After a short 5 minute ish walk up find it on the left hand side (it's up some steps). This is the cheapest of all the supermarkets we went to for food and drink
There are bars and restaurants aplenty around the hotel all of which offer reasonably priced food. Drinks are slightly expensive without being much difference between the price at each bar.
Honourable mentions to:
Relish restaurant. Lovely food and a set price menu which was a bargain. Nice atmosphere also
Optimist bar: friendly staff, sport all day long being played on several screens. Nice reasonably priced food
Johnnys: great steak sandwiches and lunches. Music is excellent all day. Service can be a bit slow but hey that's what u find in most places on holiday!
The Indian on the main road, can't remember the name but its lovely.
All of the restaurants and pubs are on the main road so it's always easy to find somewhere to go and try.
There's also a ferry to take u across to San Antonio. It runs every half hour till 8.30 at night. It's 3 euros per person or 6 euros for a return.

Good value for money. Good location. Some building which appears to have come to a bit of a standstill very close by but no problem.
Night security guard was miserable and rude and not happy about putting important phone calls through to me from the UK.
“ Top Tip: Chip the entertainer, well worth a visit to the nightly shows.

“ Very clean studio maids came every 2 days change towels and sheets once, very friendly staff,pool was brilliant as with the sea view and beach so very close. Restaurant was very cheap and nice food and staff very nice.1st time we have been here and are already booking to go back next year.

“ We love this hotel. We have stayed there every year for the last 5-6yrs and have just spent a few days there on our honeymoon. Cannot fault it. Our children love it just as much as we do and the staff are very friendly. Cannot wait to go back next year!
“ Top Tip: For all your sport fixtures visit the Optimist Bar which is within the complex of Playa Bella. Very friendly staff and great food! Plus all the football you could ask for!

“ The whole of playa bella was amazing. The apartments had new kitchens and bathrooms, and were very clean. The bars and restaurants very reasonable and the entertainment fantastic.
