“ What a great hotel this is....I would definitely recommend it to anyone going partying to Ibiza. It's in a great location, only 5 mins away from the West End and 10 mins walk from Cafe Mambo etc. The bus station to take you to Playa den bossa is just at the bottom of the road.

One of the most beautiful spectacles that nature can offer is also just a few steps away, our famous sunset.
This hotel is not recommended for families although children will be accepted.
The Hotel Tropical has 142 standard rooms with allocation for 1 to 3 people, and 50% of them have a large balcony with views to the swimming pool. All of them offer their guests the following services:
- Air conditioning with thermostat regulator / Central Heating
- Free Wifi access
- Daily room cleaning service
- Ensuite Bathroom (shower, bath, hairdryer, toiletries,...)
- International satellite TV
- Telephone (internal and external) with wake-up call
- Desk
- Mini fridge
- Safety deposit box (this service comes with an added charge)
Check-in is at 12.00 o´clock midday on the arrival day and check-out is at 12.00 midday on the departure day. All our guests will have access to a luggage room where they can leave their baggage up until the moment they leave, as well as two courtesy rooms with showers available 24 hours a day so you can enjoy your stay in Ibiza up until the very last minute.
The Hotel Tropical is well known not only for its professional customer service but also for its quality. Our restaurant situated on the ground floor offers a buffet breakfast (english and continental) served from 08.00 o´clock to 11.30 in the morning and a buffet dinner (drinks not included in the price). Our thematic dinners offer you the chance to enjoy our cuisine and experience different menus such as Italian dinners, Mexican food, chinese or an english roast meal. On the ground floor you can also find a large lounge with high speed internet connection, WIFI area, and satellite T.V together with our night bar opened until 1.00 a.m.
Opposite the hotel you will find our leisure area with, amongst other things, a large swimming-pool surrounded by gardens and terraces, as well as a games room, a gym and a snack bar with food service where you can enjoy our wide range of cocktails under the wonderful Ibiza sun.
As well as all the above mentioned services, the Hotel Tropical is open to any type of requests to make you feel at home and ensure that you enjoy your stay with us. This hotel is specially recommended to young people, couples and groups.

A friend and I stayed there for 5 nights towards the end September 2012 and found nothing to complain about at all. The room was basic but fine, with a working fridge, aircon, safe and a lovely balcony! The entire hotel is spotless and all staff really pleasant and helpful.
We were on a B+B basis so only had breakfast which was really good!
The pool is accross the road and was really peaceful when we were there, with lots of sunbeds. I would imagine in the peak season this might be a problem!
The infamous Rambo was there and did check a few bags on entry and also confiscated a few bottles of water but we had no problem at all....
After midnight he was also on the door to the hotel and patrolling the floors listening for loud noise and music, it really wasnt that bad....
We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely stay here again!!

Top Tip:
use public transport if you can, because the taxi's are between 25-28 euros each way to Bora Bora beach and alot of the main clubs...
If you want to save money go to a club before 11 oclock, we only paid 10 euros instead of 60...
It might be a good idea to have a few drinks before you go in the big clubs as 2 x 1/2 lagers 24 euros ouch!! Worth it though...
If you want to spend alot of money you certainly can, but we actually didnt do too bad!

Nice clean hotel - mainly for the younger set.
Breakfast was a little basic but since it was in the price I cannot complain too much.

Top Tip:
5 minutes walk from Kanya beach! A lovely little beach.
Not far from David's a great Italian eatery.
