“ This is a fantastic hotel, very clean, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped inside. Fully inclusive was great, no small measure drinks and several choices of food available at each meal time. There was entertainment to suit all age groups should you wish to remain within the complex. We will definitely try to get this hotel on our next visit to ibiza.

Bar/restaurant service seemed to be a little hit and miss - very slow at times. However, we discovered the hotel had only been open for the season a week so that may explain it. Food was a little repetitive but was of reasonable quality although at times, some of the dish labels were missing so I had no idea what was on offer and couln't tell from look or smell!
The blurb for this hotel said all rooms had a balcony and it was only on arrival that I discovered the single rooms do not have one. At no point prior to arrival was this made clear to me and I didn't want to pay 25 euros a night to upgrade, so I felt I had been misled. The bed was extremely uncomfortable (hard) however, some people in my gropu asked for the matress to be changed and this was done. If only I had thought of doing the same!!
Overall, the standard of cleaning was good, the staff helpful and everything seemed to work so I would recommend this hotel especially for groups/families/older people. However, I think it is too far away from any decent nightlife for younger people such as students.

Good food, although the desserts were unadventurous. Entertainment was so so, and it all finished early 11-11.30! You're on holiday for gods sake you don't need to get up early. The activities during the day were very limited, the only thing that I looked forward to was the beach volleyball, and even that we had trouble getting people to play (admittedly not the hotels fault).
Quiet area, but it was early May so I'm sure it will get livilier. Good quiet and unspoiled location.
“ Top Tip: Walk up to or catch the Ferry Taxi (6 euros) to Ibiza old town, great views and picturesque especially up to the castle.
