towel only, the guests appear later. The management may set rules and regulations
but they do not back them up.

“ The hotel was excellent with good food, service and comfortable rooms. the faciliites at the hotel were very good and we enjoyed our stay there very much. HOWEVER! we booked a bus/shuttle from the airport to the hotel and return and were told to ring the shuttle office 24 hours before departure to confirm the pick up time (we had already been given a time on the booking confirmation. We tried continually to ring the shuttle office (62 times) and finally got them on the 63 attempt. They were continually busy and calls were directed to an answering service. They were then late picking us up and we had to endure a 'tour of the island' while the bus picked people up from another 7/8 locations. It took ages to get to the airport (nearly two hours after the time they said they would pick us up). It should have been about a 30 minute journey.The bus was packed full by the time we got to the airport. Quite a few pick ups were very close to the airport - could these people not have been ferried more efficiently? It smacked of the shuttle bus firm saving money on buses. They should have provided two or three vehicles that morning instead of one. A geat holiday spoiled at the end.

“ The Don Carlos is more suitable to couples. There where a handful of small children during our stay but everything was mainly geared up to adults.The Hotel is a nice 20 minute flat walk into the centre of Santa Eulalia. Santa Eulalia has a nice Spanish feel with the bars and restuarants geared up for both the locals and the tourists.
“ Top Tip: If you go up the road and turn Right there are a couple of bars on the left side of the road approx 300yards. We spent a lot of time in the Granada Bar. Hosts Tony and Marcela could not do enough for there customers. Marcela makes wonderful Crepes both savoury and sweet

“ I though the hotel was very nice, very clean, quiet and the staff were friendly. The food provided was very good.
“ Top Tip: I found Liquido bar in the harbour area to be nice and relaxing. The owners were English and the bar had a nice view of the habour.

“ Nice clean hotel in a good location on the edge of the resort. Bedroom was comfortable with efficient aircon......choose the top floor for the best views. Buffet breakfast and dinner had excellent choice, good quality and special dishes cooked whilst you waited. All the staff were very friendly. Evening entertainment was by the resident team...nothing spectacular but good, honest fun. Pool and sun terraces were decent size and even though the "towel on the sunbed" brigade were up at the crack of dawn there were still sunbeds to be had. Adjacent small beach is good for swimming and snorkelling. 10 mins walk along a coastal path from Santa Eulalia which is an impressive resort with two immacualte beaches, a spotless pedestrianised promenade and plenty of restaurants and bars....but more for families or older couples. Recommend the boat trip from the harbour to Ibiza town, also Es Cana and next time will try the Formentora trip.
“ Top Tip: If you like fresh fish then Sinatra's restaurant (don't be put off by the name), located on the promenade towards the marina, is a must. A bit pricey but you're on holiday so go on and spoil yourself.
