Apartamentos Parot are at the centre of Santa Eulalia des Riu, on the northwest coast of the island of Ibiza. The 24 apartments comprise of a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and open to the outside through a balcony. All apartments have air conditioning and safety deposit box. The living room has dining table, sofa bed for two persons, satellite TV flat screen and hi-fi equipment with radio and CD player.
The kitchen, meanwhile, has all the necessary utensils for cooking, in addition to the oven, refrigerator, microwave toaster and expresso coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with hydro-massage shower and fitted with "amenities" Welcome and bathrobes. The bedroom offers twin beds or double bed. All apartments have free internet connection.

We found these appartments central to everything restuarants,beach and entertainment. The accommondation had all we required it was serviced daily by cheerful polite staff,clean towels daily and bedlinen on request.
The manager was so helpful and dealt with any queries we had nothing was to much trouble.
We went bed and breakfast this was certainly good value.
“ Top Tip: try Daffers restaurant in the street behind the Parot excellent.

Lounge - (with door to balcony) OK but room narrow, good wardrobe in lounge with excellent laptop sized keyless (number code) safe. Mini hi fi & TV.
Bedroom - good with comfy bed, wardrobe & door to 2nd balcony which has a clothes drying frame.
Bathroom - Excellent shower, good quality towels, didnt like the wash basin, over styled.
KItchen - OK nice big fridge/ freezer.
Excellent bar/diner on the ground floor, the cooked breakfast is excellent, good service.
This bar/diner is popular with locals & the civil guard.
Must say the service from the management was good, our mini hi fi wouldnt work & I mucked up the coded no for the safe.
Told the manager, he talked me thro the safe number entry went away and returned with a working hi fi. very pleased.
Overall - Good location on the main street, handy for beach, restaurant row and shops etc.
Great staff.

“ Hotel is located 10 minutes from beach ( nearest point), down a fairly steep hill. You need to allow a further 10 minutes to get to a few restaurants. The manager was helpful and pleasant. However, Her management skills seemed to be lacking as the apartment was in a fairly poor state of repair and had not been cleaned to a very high standard.

Located alongside a wonderful beach, and only 100 m from the Cala Martina cove, the Sol S'Argamassa hotel offers a fantastic view of the Mediterranean. The Punta Arabí Hippy Market is 500 m away, the Es Cana tourist resort 1.5 km, Santa Eulalia 4 km, the Roca Llisa Golf Club 8 km and the airport 22 km.
“ i am sorry to say that i was in a hotel on my own with no other english speaking people their. i could not go out at night as i was too far from anywhere and it got dark early. hotel facilities were very good but had a very lonely time.

“ staff are faultless,food great ,position in town very good. bars and resturants close by. if you have a car its very hard to get a place close by to park ,this is the only draw back of this hotel
