The small welcoming hotel, one of the most popular choice for holiday makers, is well known for its informal and friendly atmosphere, and is an ideal place ot stay among your family. With a pool terrace overlooking the sea, this spacious complex combines comfortable accommodation with a lively atmosphere. The kids' clubs keep children occupied, while the pools provide sunny relaxation.The hotel in Santa Eulalia in situated in a peaceful spot, somewhat off the beaten track in the middle of a green space. It is around 500 m to the next beach. The tourist centre is about 3 km away. There are shopping and entertainment venues of all sorts close by, as well as a pretty beach promenade and a small yacht harbour.All rooms with air conditioning (high season), satellite TV, telephone, safety box with fee, bathroom with hair-dryer and balcony.There is a large sun terrace with swimming pool for adults and separate children's pool. Snack bar, indoor entertainment lounge, spacious TV room, and mini club.

“ Excellent food and restaurant facilities. pool side snack bar a great hit with my son. Bar great especially the beer and daily cocktail choice; Bar manager a little grumpy. Pool area good, with water polo for kids and seperately for the adults and inflatables allowed, which keeps the shop over the road busy. Rooms a little disappointing but beds generally comfortable, although our fourth bed was a sleepover bed that was really squeaky and filled the space in the room. Generally the hotel is more 3 * than 4*, but we would go back again as we felt it was excellent value for money and the people we met there were lovely and our children made lots of holiday friends.
“ Top Tip: If making the most of the hotel facilities for the day try to reserve a stripy bed with your towel in the morning, it annoys everyone there but your guaranteed comfy sunbathing !

I went with my friend to Ibiza for 10 days to celebrate my 30th birthday.
On arriving at the hotel me and my friend were impressed with how clean and tidy it looked and the greeting on the front desk by a sweet lady, this first impression faded away quickly..
The staff service from then on was nothing short of rude. They did not smile or want to offer any help or advice.
We were All Inclusive so we had all meals provided for in the 'resturant'..
It was a school dinner style canteen area, with a large selection to be fair of different foods. We tried everything through our stay, and we are not fussy eaters, but it was not good quality at all.
The canteen staff were busy only it seems to take away glasses from your table they had previously put there for no reason! They did not serve you drinks at the table, and they did not ask if you wanted to keep the glass to get your drink from the bar!
The rooms at least were nice and clean, and are cleaned everyday, but it claims to have satalite tv which it clearly is not. There are aprox 6 spanish channels, 2 of which are doubles of other channels, 2 german channels, and 4 english channels-3 news and one sport.
The swimming pool is much smaller than the picture suggests but to me this was not a big problem, only that the pool times were from 10am-7pm only, in peak season, in above 30 degree temps..?
The Wifi was not included in the holiday and was not cheap, and not a good connection either.
At least the surrounding areas were beautiful, and there are some nice resturants by the sea where they serve good food and have great service.
My advice, dont go 'All inclusive', eat out as much as possible, dont expect too much of the staff, take a laptop if you want to watch a little something before heading out, if you want to swim after 7pm then go to the beach.

“ makesure you don't get room no 229 cats living above the entrance @ bathroom on top of the perspex false roof will keep you awake all night. food just ok bar staff very miserable apart from reception staff very helpfull with a smile rooms cleaned everyday hotel is on steep hill away from the beach but ibiza very nice place.
