The hotel is pleasant, and the staff friendly and welcoming.
The buffet meals are enjoyable, but their cooking of meats in general, and pork in particular, is noteworthy.
The hotel is planned around the central pool area, and there is room for everyone.
The animation or entertainment team were quite poor, although this was the start of the season and they may need some leeway. However, I can't see their improving a huge amount.

Top Tip:
This hotel is just outside the town of Sant Eulalia del Rio, perhaps the nicest in Ibiza.
It is a short walk along the front past the marina into the town, and there is plenty to see and do for a morning or afternoon.
The bus station has great links, especially to Ibiza town which is just 30 mins away.
The walk around the river and old town is well worth while when you wish to pass a couple of hours doing not very much.
A better choice of place than Es Cana, and not as out of the way as Cala Llonga.

very good but too much attached to entertaining children at night.
Food could be a little better Paella more nights including prawns. Very much for families though not for adults and elderly like us.
Beach a good walk not as we we were informed straight from hotel. Very little shopping
