“ The hotel seemed to have no record of our reservation but when I told them that I had paid you for the accommodation they told me not to worry and that they would sort the matter out. I had book through you on the internet and although you did send me an e mail later which i showed to the hotel, I don't think it was the official confirmation they required but only a repeat statement of my original request.

The staff in the hotel reception were very nice and spoke good English.
We were advised on arrival that the swimming pool was closed, but we searched the grounds and couldn't see a swimming pool. This was at the end of September when it was still 28 degrees outside.
You definitely need a car or to get taxis everywhere as it is on a motorway and not within walking distance to anywhere.
Otherwise, it was clean and the rooms were nice and the breakfast buffet was nice.
