We stayed in an apartment adjacent to the main hotel building. The apartment was very basic, 2 cooking rings, microwave & kettle etc. but amazingly no hairdrier. The shower was hot but not very forceful. Everything matched & it was very clean but I would not call this a 4 star, perhaps 2.5. (We did not use the spa but it looked very nice). The receptionist was friendly and helpful with advice on sight-seeing.
We were half board basis and both the breakfast & dinner were an excellent standard, cooked fresh in front of you to your own specifications. Lovely.
The beach & restaurants are at least a mile away (the water you can see in photos is a salt lagoon without beach access anywhere close) so you need a car but the resort is attractive and primarily for Spaniards which we liked.
“ Top Tip: A day trip to Cartgena is definarely worth it.

Only had one over night at the hotel.
It was very comfortable and clean, with everything you needed.
The receptionists were extremely helpful and polite.
The breakfast was buffet with lots of choice.
excellent value for money.
