Los Delfines Hotel

“ Very comfortable stary in the hotel. The food was very nice too. Good entertainment at night over the weekend.

“ It was very noisey hotel. The hotel staff at reception, did not understand English, or very little. There was no tours offered to us from the hotel, and no tour agencies anywhere on the strip, therefore it was difficult to visit the area unless you was willing to hire a car, or walk. The room service for clean towels, bedding and cleanliness was excellent, but there was room for improvement in the dining room.

“ Top Tip: The Mar Menor was excellent for swimming.

“ When we arrived at the airport the taxi driver was waiting with a big smile and made us feel welcome to costa colida. The drive to la manga was very relaxing. On arrival at Los Delfines the receptionist seemed surprised to see us and advised they had not got a reservation for the two rooms. However, on presenting the confirmation email she advised there was no problem they had plenty of rooms and that the agency had not advised the hotel of the booking. Hotel Los Delfines is an excellent hotel, the staff are very helpful the cleaniness of the rooms and the hotel in general is exceptional. Towels were changed every day, linen change 3 times during our stay. The hotel is utilised by mainly spanish families and in the morning and late afternoon the pool can be a bit crowded but between 1.00pm and 5.00pm the pool is almost deserted. On our last day the receptionised advised us that we did not have to checkout of our rooms until 2.00pm because our transfer was not due until 6.30pm or we could pay a supplement to keep one room until we left. We decided to pay a supplement of 20 Euros and kept one of the rooms until 6.30pm when the taxi arrived. The facilities at the hotel areexcellant and overall the holiday was excellent. We will not hesitate to return to this hotel or the area of la manga.

“ Top Tip: There is an weekly newspaper that can be picked up in reception that is in english and gives excellent information regarding the local activities and news of the area of la manga. Paddywaks irish bar also has excellent information regarding the local area and traditional english food.

“ There were students keeping everyone awake until 3am or 4am, and nothing was done, despite all the complaints. The food was AWFUL in the restaurant. Noisy neighbours. All in all it was a terrible holiday. We stayed out as much as possible. We certainly would not go back to that Hotel.
Too many to mention....but the Hotel was a disgrace.
