There are 12 apartments, each with 1 or 2 bedrooms. The complex has spacious terraces and gardens, a promenade, a garage (local charge and subject to availability) and an outdoor car park on the hotel grounds (subject to availability).The development is located at km. 11 Gran Via in La Manga del Mar Menor. In frontline Mediterranean and about 50 m of the beaches of the Mar Menor. At about 1km there is a new shopping center with supermarkets, hairdressers for ladies and gentlemen, pharmacy, banks and the Tomas Maestre marina with a wide variety of leisure and water sports.The apartments, which each offer excellent views over the two seas, have a separate kitchen with dishwasher, electric hobs, oven, washing machine, microwave and utensils, a fully fitted bathroom (the 1-bedroom apartments with a shower) and lounge with sofa bed. The apartments have TV, air conditioning and heating, a safety deposit box (refundable deposit) and large terrace with outdoor furniture. The 2-bedroom apartments have a second bathroom with shower.The resort has an outdoor adult's swimming pool with children's paddling area, surrounded by terrace and lawn. The Tomas Maestre marina is 1500 m away and offers a range of leisure and sport activities.The keys are to be collected in Valmanga's office, in the complex Hawaii V, Gran Vea km 8500, exit 80, hourly summer hours: Monday to Friday 10:00h to 14:00h and 17:00h to 20:00h, Saturday and Sunday 10:00h to 13:00h and 17:00h to 19:00h.
