“ The Sol Galua is a fabulous hotel in a unique position on the La Manga Strip. Internally the hotel is excellent but externally it is beginning to show its age, but don't let this put you off. The staff are really helpful and friendly which I found unusual for a Spanish hotel. Coffee and tea making facilities would have been a nice addition for the rooms because you can't get a drink after midnight. Our room was very nice with an outstanding view but the patio door did not have a lock on it. Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was top notch and the food was very nice. Although I have a couple of minor gripes I will definately visit again next year.
“ Top Tip: The Plaza Bohemia is just a few meters away from the hotel and has shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours.
