Non smoking rooms available.This hotel is located in the southeast of Spain in the picturesque city of Puerto de Mazarron. It lies on a hill, offering guests wonderful views over the surrounding area. Restaurants, shops, and inks to the public transport network are located nearby, while the lively city centre, with its finance district, bars, and restaurants, is about a 15-minute walk away. The sea can be reached in about 1 km, San Javier airport in some 70 km, while Alicante airport lies approximately 140 km from the hotel.The rooms are all equipped with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, and a hire safe. The air conditioning and heating are individually adjustable. All rooms also include a balcony or terrace as standard. Rooms accessible to wheelchair users are available on request, as are rooms with a separate lounge.In the hotel grounds there is a swimming pool with a children's pool as well as a poolside snack bar and both sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. In addition, there is a solarium which guests may take advantage of.The hotel also offers lodgings and facilities which are wheelchair accessible.

“ Beautiful hotel with outstanding sea views. Lovely rooms with balconies and a good variety of places to eat and drink. As the name suggests it sits on a hill and is an uphill trek from the beaches and shops. Great value for money.
“ Top Tip: A ten minute walk will take you to the town beaches and marina, bars and restaurants.Hire a bike and explore the whole bay from Bolnuevo to La Azohia

“ We had a fabulous room overlooking the lovely gardens. 10 minutes walk to the front where the restaurants and the beaches are. Breakfast was great. The bar was slightly expensive but they were really big drinks and the bar areas are so lovely you dont mind paying a little bit more. It is on a hill so probably wouldnt be suitable for anyone with walking disabilities. But we found it an excellent hotel
“ Top Tip: When you walk down to where the restaurants , marina and main beach is, turn left and walk for about 10 minutes there is a lot better beach here.

Really lovely hotel, lots of lovely places to relax, hammocks, large outside double beds with views of the sea, gardens were lovely. Staff kept everything spick and span. Breaksfasts were great - good choice. Staff friendly.
Evening meals not quite to the same standard (odd combinations - lacking in potatoes or rice) but plentiful.
Hotel is on top of a hill overlooking the town and coast. 10 minute stoll into town and beach no problem.
Our first visit to Costa Calida - a really unspoiled part of Spain - mainly used by Spanish people on holiday - not too many of us Brits!

Top Tip:
Great restaurant at Bolneuvo along the coast 'La Siesta' on beach. Terrific steaks. Our favorite beach was at La Azohia, (along the coast opposite way from Bolneuvo) beautiful gentle beach, warm clear sea. Great for swimming.
Take your parasol and sun chairs with you if you have room, nowehere to hire them, or do what we did and buy some cheap ones when you first arrive and pass them on!

However easy bus service to cartegena
