“ My hubby and I stayed at this hotel for recuperation after a period of sickness.
We wanted peace and quiet in the sun and that's exactly what we got. So decided to get a cab at a cost of 12 euros we arrived in approx 5-8 mins . We were amazed , at 1pm there were still sunbeds avialble . we thought this may have been change over day but no , sunbeds were never an issue people didn't reserve them all day and fail to show .
Our room was 181 , it had a sea peep and was quiet with a lovely big balcony we had the sun in the day until approx 2-3 pm . the room was clean and well tendered by the maid.
The pool bar was cheap at 2 Euros a pint and the normal cafe type food available at a reasonable cost . The bar staff were efficient and courteous. the bar has free wifi which was great for keeping in touch with the kids using imessage on the iphone and ipad. We also used it to price check alcohol and perfume .
We thought they were missing out on custom as they dont walk around the pool and take drink or food orders - I suppose they dont want to bother people but I think I would have eaten and drunk more if this was on offer.
We sat at the pool most days , it doesnt play any music which is fantastic as most people nowadays use their mp3's at pool side. There was no entertainment programme again this was ideal for us but maybe not suitable for parents with children in tow. We are swimmers and was able to do laps of the pool at any time of the day
We used the chinese buffet just outside the doors of the apartment- totally lovely food and well worth the cost { i think it was under 8 euors } There is a spar just a few minutes walk away turn left as you come out of the front beach gates.
if you enjoy walking and running and bike riding this place is ideal . we enjoy all, so it was fantastic. the beach path is approx 15 km which takes you to arrecife through playa honda and other areas. Hire a bike if you can, we used revolution bikes but there are plenty of hire shops. If your less mobile you can hire the motorised stand up thing { sorry no idea what there called }
In essence this apartment was lovely and quiet , well located , clean and cost effective. well recommended would use again and recommend to friends and family

“ Top Tip: try the chinese buffet outside the apartment reception . you must hoire bikes and do the arrecife path - and make sue you vist the old town with the harbour great food and sedate surrounding .

The large shopping centre near to the old town has a mcdonalds and lovely womens clothes chops at a good price . it also has a huge play area for the kids
