The hotel rises over the park by the bay of Arrecife. With its characteristic height and silhouette, it became a distinctive symbol of the island of Lanzarote. Guests can also make use of the spacious resting and reading zones and there is a children's area in the park, taxi rank in front of the hotel and an underground car park with an attendant.The hotel is located next to the Reducto Beach. The main shopping area is a 5-minute walk away and it is 6 km from the airport.All rooms have a telephone in the room and in the bathroom, air conditioning, a fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer, a minibar, safe and satellite TV and WiFi.The spa centre takes up the entire second floor and is equipped with the latest advances and techniques to ensure guests can relax and maintain their well-being and good health. It has a sauna, Turkish bath, thermal spas, a sensation pool, hydro massage showers, massage rooms and offers all kind of beauty treatments.
On the same floor, there is the gym which is equipped with fitness machines for all kinds of fitness training. The swimming pools are towards the front of the centre and offer guests a view of the beach and the city. One pool is for adults and one is for children, both are heated and surrounded by a large deck with sun loungers to enjoy the sun all day long.

“ We expected a lot more from this hotel. It looked very modern and it had great location. The room, we were given was dirty and its corridors looked really dark, as if the management was trying to save money from lighting.
“ Top Tip: The hotel offers great views, but that is about it.

“ Fantastic hotel in an excellent location. It was our second holiday to this hotel & this year it had improved as the Pool terrace had been refurbished & is now enclosed in a lovely glass building & has a pool bar. The breakfast is fabulous buffet style with loads of choice & the evening meals are fabulous. The rooms are large & spacious with lovely en-suite facilities.

Excellent hotel. Free upgrade to suite upon arrival - fabulous although other rooms were very good. Very clean and tidy. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Very quiet hotel. Anything wrong was put right immediately - not enough towels in room, put right in five minutes. Views from all rooms excellent.Breakfast was fine although eggs always always undercooked and beans were often cold. Spa was excellent.
This hotel is not suitable for anyone looking for a very lively time - more for the discerning holidaymaker.
“ Top Tip: Plenty of places to eat and drink. Slightly further into the town we found a couple of excellent restaurants. More expensive but worth it. The harbour was great, watching local fishermen etc. A small bar (the only one) overlooking the estuary was lovely to sit and watch the world go by during the day -and very cheap.

“ Great hotel. Really large rooms and great views. Im really going to miss the daily buffet breakfast and especially the danish pastries and other lovely cakes to accompany the hot breakfast. Pool is small but always empty and the Reducto beach is perfect and lovely for swimming. The local beachfront restaurants are very good and I am glad I chose this place over Costa Teguise and Puerto Carmen as its more Spanish and yet if you want a bit more life these places are a 2 euro bus ride away. Will be going back and would thouroughly recommend the place
“ Top Tip: The first two Spanish beachfront restaurants are great with one offering a Fillet steak and chips for 12 euros which would be at least 18 euros here
