Spacious room of about 32 m2, refurbished in 2010, with superior fittings. To ensure your maximum comfort, it is equipped with a top-of-the-range bed with a set of 3 pillows (per person), sofa bed, air conditioning, 32” LCD satellite TV, clothes rack and trouser press, safe (with charge), minibar (with charge), VIP welcome extras and a dressing gown + slippers, telephone. Wifi connection included. It has a fully-fitted bathroom with a “rain dance” shower and hairdryer.

“ Went back to this hotel again this year. Kids Club excellent, as is kids disco. Daily Adult activities very good. Night time entertainment not anything as good as last year. Junior Suites could do with updating. Food is very good, excellent choice etc. Staff very friendly. Free shuttle bus outside to Costa Teguise.
“ Top Tip: Great pub outside Barcelo to the right, on the corner. All matches shown on telly and bouncy castle for the kids.

“ The hotel overall was brilliant,only complaints would be the long walks to room and cut-off point in all-exclusive facilities ended at 12 mid-day and not while your there as we were picked up at 16-20pm......to return to airport.

had room with view looking at oasis occidental and traffic, with a view of the desalination plant in the distance, parts of hotel were looking tired, concrete breaking up, restaurant little cold in the evening, making meal go cold quite quick.
but for price was OK. staff were very attentive and helpful. the room was an updated superior room, with extras lcd tv, dressing gowns and upgraded shampoos. although the floor tiles were chipped. beds extremely comfortable.
no shops, pubs or restaurants nearby the hotel, so had to drive to other venues for a change.

“ hotel good but food very second rate, "hot food" not hot, (warming stations cold and not switched on). Bland and tasteless. Spillages were not dealt with(look for the blue paper towels on the floor). Staff worked as hard as they could have in eating area, but a few more would have helped.

The hotel was built in 1987 and renovated in the year 2000. It comprises 314 double rooms and 2 suites spread over 6 floors and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. Amongst the hotel's modern facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, lifts, a newspaper stand, various shops, a hairdresser's salon, a nightclub, a games room, a TV room, conference rooms, a bicycle cellar, a car park, a kids' club for those aged from 4 to 11 years of age and a playground. Dining options include a cafe, various bars and restaurant . Further facilities include Internet access, room and laundry services as well as medical assistance.
“ Really good value for money all inclusive hotel. Very clean, friendly staff,good facilities. Food choices very good, food could have been hotter on occasions. some areas a bit "tired" in need of renovation- carpets paint etc. Overall excellant value- would go again

The resort has a number of amenities including 7 swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, an entertainment room, restaurant and a children's playground.
“ Stayed in the beachside bungalows which is five yards from the man made beach and lagoon. Bungalow was pleasant for the four adults in our party but had a very low inventory level and more than four would struggle for crockery pots and pans etc.

This apartment hotel reflects the essence and soul of Lanzarote, a journey through the tradition and culture of the island. The attractively appointed apartments are built in a style typical of the island. This family run establishment offers comfortably fitted apartments with a very personal touch. Guests wake every morning to the smell of freshly baked bread; as part of the service complimentary bread rolls are supplied every morning, as well as a complimentary bottle of wine in the room and pastries and tea/coffee at the reception on arriving. The hotel breaks new ground in trying to make guests' stays as relaxing as possible. In addition to the usual conveniences, a personal and familiar atmosphere is offered, in which guests feel welcome and at home. Additional facilities on offer include a hotel safe, cafe, mini-supermarket, bar, TV room and Internet access. A laundry service (fees apply) as well as bike hire and parking facilities are also available.
“ a really friendly hotel staff couldnt do enough for you. complimentry wine on arrival and free bread rolls hanging on your door each morning a really nice touch. No entertainment on site which suited us local bars and restaurants very good

Barcelo La Galea is located close to the beach and within close vicinity of many shops, bars and restaurants. The bedrooms are all comfortable, tastefully decorated and furnished and well equipped with facilities and amenities. There is an extensive range of leisure facilities on site and a selection of restaurants and bars.
“ No lift but this wasn't a problem for us but could be for some. Disco bar with all inclusive drinks good but loud. Help your self to all drinks was great! The Piano bar with a singer most night was nice but had to pay for the drinks (not in the all inclusive).
