Have stayed in this hotel many times. It boosts a fantastic location, right opposite a lovely cove beach. There is a Netto Supermarket just outside the hotel which is open til 10pm. The hotel is really in the heart of the resort with plenty going on either on its door step or within easy walking distance.
I always stay in Block E10. Its a little quieter than rooms over the bars/shops or those around then main pool. There are also 2 pools right outside E10, one of which is a small children's pool. These apartments seemed more spaced out / not on top of each other.
There is only maid service here 4 times per week

Top Tip:
There is a shop selling fags and booze just outside of the hotel to the right. The also exchange currency. This is a really good shop so no point in walking anywhere else!
Fuel Stop is a really good place to drink / eat. Food was really nice and staff really friendly...great location with great views too. Also has FREE wifi...bonus!
If your missing the SOAPS on tv then eat at The Cutty Shark.
Hammy's is friendly, great location and sell the best milky/frothy coffee in Lanzarote....its lovely and worth a visit

“ Remember this is a 3* hotel. It is clean, tidy and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is good value for money. If you expect a lot more, then book a 5* hotel and pay those prices.

The reviews we read about this hotel were very helpful and accurate. They said that the rooms were basic but that you got what you paid for. This was completely true, but our room was more than adequate for our needs. We wanted a chill out holiday in the sunshine. The room was perfect for us, we had a terrace leading out next to the quieter pool. Although the pool wasn't heated it was still warm enough for a swim (even for me and I never usually enter a pool)! We had a sea view when we opened our front door and it was easy to walk either left or right along the promenade and access the beautifully clean beaches. Likewise there were a huge number of restaurants very close to the Hotel, just a short walk, but not right on top of you so you didn't get disturbed by the noise.
The Hotel Staff were outstanding, so helpful and polite and the room was cleaned 4 days out of 7 and was spotless if a little tired. We had booked bed and breakfast and really enjoyed just popping down to breakfast each morning. Olivia looked after us really well, there was a good selection of food and she cooked anything hot on request. We used the pool bar for lunch some days and a drink on others and the guy was really welcoming.
We would definately recommend this hotel it was so well placed, the room had everything we needed and was great for the price we paid, and the staff were wonderful. We would have liked wi-fi to reach the room, however it did mean that we weren't using it all day everyday!

Top Tip:
There were so many lovely restaurants to choose from. There are the usual English and Irish pubs on hand but we chose to eat in the Spanish ones. The waiters were al so helpful and welcoming. We ate somewhere different most nights and just returned to our favourites for the last three nights (we were there 10 nights).
We bought a camera whilst out there and it was definately a good price but we did go armed with messages from our son showing the UK prices, giving us some great bargaining power. It would even be worth getting someone to message you a sensibly low price or two to drive it down even more. They are desperate for your custom so don't be scared to haggle.
We took a taxi to Cesar Manrique's house (having visited it 12 years ago) and would advise everyone to go, it helps you to understand the man who had such an impact on the island and is beautiful.

“ Generally very good for what you pay. The apartments are generous and adequate.Sadly when it’s not that busy they don’t think it’s worth opening the pool bar and the other facilities do not open until 19.00…not good really. I’ll try somewhere else next time. 3 Time User
