“ The hotel view was lovely! The food was great and it was soo close to a beautiful beach. The room Had a gorgeous sea view but was very basic. The pool bar was nice generally clean however the bath tap and shower produced brown bits in the bath unsure what it actually was. The hotel was being worked on so it was abit of a mess at times which we werent aware of before we booked if we had known it may well of influenced our decision to book there. The night entertainment was good. It was close to local shops and bars however costa teguise as a whole is a very quiet place. Great for relaxing but not much going on

“ Have been to this hotel twice before but this year felt that I wouldn't go back. Why ?? Building work on beach adjacent to hotel was noisy and lorries reversing up to dump sand was tiresome.(Beach will be blue flag next year)Professional shows quite good but animation team shows pathetic and boring. Entertainment team was much poorer than last two years. Announcements were half-hearted and animation during daytime was very low key. Room security left much to be desired. We returned to our room one lunchtime to find it wide open. Maids were next door but no-one even saw us take things out of the room let alone challenge us. Food - well it was great if you like beautiful salads. However hot food, wasn't hot. Very canteenlike. Chips with everything ok when warm but often undercooked and cold. Tripe one day. Rabbit the next. Always something to eat but often for eating sake and not quality tasty food. Rooms fine, clean. Carpets in corridors threadbare but being replaced this month. (Another lot of upheaval). Painters in public areas. Because this hotel has been taken over by Be Live group who appear to be upgrading, the future looks good if animation and food improve on a par with the building. Lovely hotel, staff etc shame about the detail.
