The complex comprises a total of 150 apartments spread over 2 floors and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Facilities on offer include a lobby with 24-hour reception, a currency exchange facility, lift access, a children's playground, a kids' club, a cafe, a bar and a restaurant. For an additional fee, guests can make use of the hotel's Internet access, laundry service, bicycle hire service and parking for those arriving by car.The hotel enjoys an excellent location at the resort of Playa Blanca, to the south of the island. A number of restaurants, bars, shops and public transport links can be found within a 20-minute walk of the property. Lanzarote Airport is approximately 35 km from the hotel.The complex offers one and two-bedroom apartments. All units come with an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace or balcony. A hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a satellite/cable TV and a safe come as standard.Guests can play bocce on site, and a programme of entertainment is organised for guests of all ages. For an additional fee, guests can also play pool, tennis or beach volleyball.

“ hotel was clean and tidy, room could have done with a lick of paint, maid wasn't that good(4th time we've been, not a problem before) apart from that, we enjoyed it. location is about a 10 min walk from the beach and resort centre, but a nice easy stroll...
“ Top Tip: a nice small bar at the marina called Global bar, good music and reasonable priced drinks.

The cay beach hotel is clean freindly and has all the ameniities that you would require.
Rooms are cleaned three days per week, including towel changes, bed changes etc.
Pool areas are all well kept, although a few more umbrellas would be useful.
Beach restaurants etc are about 20 - 25 min walk but worth it
“ Top Tip: There are several good restuarants along the front

“ Facilities at the hotel were good but were not used as they should have been. The entertainment staff did not make any effort with the children's daytime activities, my 12yr old son was not allowed to join in with any volleyball, football etc as they were for adults however they said they would leave him the ball !!! There's kids club for 3-12yr olds but nothing at all for 12-18yrs. Rooms were large and clean. Evening Entertainment was a joke. The hotel seems to be full of polish tourists and the reps are also polish, english seems to be the second language at the hotel for the entertainment staff. There are no pubs or cafes next to the hotel, the nearest ones are down at the beach, which isn't that far but a taxi from the centre is only 2.50 euros. If you've booked the hotel, don't worry it is nice but could do with better organizing and more for teenagers

This place is fantastic, though it is aimed more at continental europe the food may not be suited to all brits tastes.
Great location, 1 bed apt was very large and comfortable.
The hotel could do with less extra charges, like tv deposit and daily charge, air con deposit and daily charge and safety deposit box, you guessed it deposit and daily charge.
Other than that the staff were brilliant, entertainment enjoyable and we upgraded to All Inclusive at 10 euro pppn.
“ Top Tip: If you want to get the little extras i advise you to take a bit of cash in case.
