The complex is composed of a main building and several bungalows with a total of 360 apartments. Guests are offered a beautiful large garden and pool area, a substantial lobby with a 24-hour reception. Furthermore, there is a games room, a TV room, a supermarket, a shop, a café, a pizzeria, a cosy bar and a restaurant. Further facilities include Internet access (for an added fee) as well as laundry services.
In addition, there is a kids club and a children's playground available to keep children entertained.

The hotel was more than half empty and we did not see any other british people mostly spanish and german. It has lovely large pools empty mostly and a handful
of people sat around it. The bungalows are spacious but dated,the fridge is handy. We had trouble with ants in our bed but got headboard sprayed and it was fine. Bedroom gets very hot because of no air conditioning. The food was
not very good and the choice was limited, the worst we have had in Lanzarote.
All inclusive would be a waste of money the restaurant does open lunchtime you
can only have a snack like burger or hotdog very limited. The hotel is also quite a
walk from main town centre so i would hire a car. But it you can put up with the
above its a cheap holiday.

“ Hotel staff are abrupt to the english visitors especially children, from recePtion through to waiter staff. The cleaners/room maids are great , but they do not have to serve you daily.the hotel has great potential but not under it's current management . Staff are unmotivated and unwelcoming!the standard rooms are not air conditioned and are very tired in decor and amenities( fridges in several rooms that I visited should have been condemned along tine ago , rust/and unclean! Very poor nighttime entertainment ! Daytime animation do do there best with what dated facilities they have. If you are Spanish you will be upgraded if available to better rooms (fact) , I met 6 couples /family's Spanish which received free upgrades to better rooms. This hotel could be great ., but needs new ownership and investment!

“ Rooms were very good for the price. Well equipped with toaster, coffee maker, microwave all included (can't remember seeing a kettle but don't wouldn't have used it anyway). Room was clean and cleaned daily. Nice big pool area with slides and activities for children and regular activities during the day. There was entertainment in the evenings but I preferred the main resort, about a 10 minute walk away (6 free shuttle buses were provided per day). Food very good value in the restaurants. Would consider staying here again.
“ Top Tip: 4 Lunas Jazz/cocktail bar and the seafront by the Princes Yaiza Hotel had excellent live music 5 nights per week from 10pm. Mostly not Jazz despite the name! Papagayo beaches worth the trip (bus or 2.5 mile walk from taxi rank in the centre)

Barcelo La Galea is located close to the beach and within close vicinity of many shops, bars and restaurants. The bedrooms are all comfortable, tastefully decorated and furnished and well equipped with facilities and amenities. There is an extensive range of leisure facilities on site and a selection of restaurants and bars.
“ No lift but this wasn't a problem for us but could be for some. Disco bar with all inclusive drinks good but loud. Help your self to all drinks was great! The Piano bar with a singer most night was nice but had to pay for the drinks (not in the all inclusive).

This complex of whitewashed bungalows is located in first line of the beach of Matagorda and it's surrounded by tropical gardens. All bunglows have 1 or 2 twin bedrooms, sitting room with sofa-bed, well equipped kitchen, full bathroom and a private terrace with a small garden. The complex amenities include 7 swimming pools, a buffet restaurant, 2 poolside snack-bars, 24 hours reception and free internet WiFi throughout the complex, among others. There is a shopping area and supermarket 50 meters away and the city center of Puerto del Carmen, the main tourist and leisure center of the island, is just 2 miles away (30-45 minutes walking along the sea promenade). There are two 18-holes golf courses, 6 km. and 15 km. away (designed by John Harris).
“ Good value for money, we have been many times so knew what to expect. The apartments are clean & have all your need. If you want to use the safe or tv you have to pay extra which we already knew.

This apartment complex consists of a total of 168 apartments. The complex offers a lobby with a 24 hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift and a supermarket. Additional facilities include a bar, a pub, a TV room and a restaurant with a non smoking area (highchairs available on request). Bicycle rental (additional fees apply) and a public Internet terminal also feature within the complex facilities. For younger guests there is a children’s club available. Medical assistance completes the services on offer at this hotel. This apartment complex is centrally located in the tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen only 10 minutes away from the beach. It is located in a welcoming and peaceful neighbourhood close to the lively centre. There are several shopping areas surrounding the hotel where guests may explore the different shops, boutiques, bars, and restaurants as well as links to the public transport network.
“ Only staid here for 4 nights,the pool area was very modern well kept and quiet, the staff at the bars and were very helpfull and friendly,never used the main restaraunt which looked very nice,the the accomodation was very modern although quite small and a bit dark.

Renovated in 2006, this complex is set amidst 2,000 me of gardens, and offers a total of 205 apartments spread over 2 floors. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, cafe, bar, TV room, small supermarket, hairdresser, an air-conditioned restaurant with non-smoking area, Internet terminal (for an extra fee), kids' club for children between 4-12, children's playground and parking spaces. A laundry service is available.
“ "xtra" beds were stone benches in lounge asked hotel to provide fold up bed which they did to accomodate myself and two children. sink leaked onto electrics behind hob and tripped fuses. A problem with drains in another apartment meant staff letting water stinking of sewage run down path outside our apartment.

“ Great location adjacent to the sea in a quiet location. Very flexible arrangements with self catering and restaurants and bars nearby. Beach is beautiful, but good ten minute walk and 20/25 to Playa Blanca centre.
