Las Marinas Villas

Built in 2003, this complex has a total of 16 villas on offer.The villa complex is located in Las Coloradas, Playa Blanca, south of the island of Lanzarote. It's about 500 m from the nearest beach and 1 km from the beautiful beaches of Papagayo, it is also less than 300 m away from the first shopping center "El Pueblo" with shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Within 2 km guests will find the Marina Rubicon marina and the main shopping area within 4 km. There is a taxi in 100 m and public transport links in 400 m.The bungalows have an en suite bathroom, two bedrooms and a dining room.

As standard, all villas include satellite TV, a CD player, a kitchen, a vitroceramic oven, a microwave, an electric tea maker, a coffee machine, a toaster, a furnished terrace and a safe.There is a swimming pool available for guests' use in the hotel grounds. Visitors also have the opportunity to use the sun terrace.On leaving the airport follow the signposts for Yaiza and continue onto a dual carriageway. Stay on the main road and proceed through Uga and then on towards Yaiza in the direction of Playa Blanca. From Yaiza, the driving time is approximately 15 minutes and signs should be followed until on the outskirts of Playa Blanca where the 2nd roundabout is after the petrol station .Turn left and pass through the town to the Las Coloradas area.

This zone is situated 2 km away from the centre. When Bistro El Pato Restaurant comes into view, turn right and the villas are situated in front of the roundabout, on the right-hand side. There is car parking in front of the villas.It is compulsory to advise the customer's flight data to book the villa and for the key collection. The villas have no reception, but they have a emergency telephone 24 hours.
