Our 1st holiday to Lanzarote. We booked the cheapest apartments we could find for a 5 day break so didnt really expect much. However, these apartments were fantastic. They were basic but really clean and tidy. We literally had five steps from our terrace and was in the pool! It was a great base for our holiday and it was really nice sitting out on our terrace by the pool. Its only a comparatively small complex and a few times we had the pool our to ourselves.
The reception is not 24HR so make sure you make arrangements for access to your apartment. We were told the apartment number and the door was left open for us with the keys inside, after reading another review on here.
We would definately stay here again!

Top Tip:
The Beach and main strip of Puerto Del Carmen is literally a 5 minute walk away! We ask the receptionist for the best places to see and eat and we were not disappoint by her recommendations. Visit the fish restuarant in the old town over looking the harbour Restaurant Bahai. And also there is a little proper spanish tapas bar called La Bodega in the the back streets of the old town, its not cheap but the food is awesome.
If you get chance hire a car and drive to Timanfaya Nation Park to see the Volcano and also the beaches in Playa Blanca and Papagayo are great!

We stayed in the Aloe apartments April 2009.
Aloe apartments are spotlessly clean, well maintained and well equipped.Towels and bedding were changed every few days.The lady on reception was overly helpful and extremely pleasant.Nothing was too much trouble either before or during the holiday.Whilst there are no bar or snack facilities this does not detract from the holiday in any way.It is well located for nightlife, restaurants and beaches yet it is still quiet and relaxing.-plenty of sunbeds at any time of the day around the beautiful pool.I would not hesitate in recommending this accommodation to any person of whatever nationality. We cannot wait to return for a month to the Aloe apartments in July 2009.
“ Top Tip: Aloe apartments are located within easy walking distance of a number of excellent restaurants and bars. We particularly enjoyed the spicy viva sapata pizza and the steaks at La Chiquito Mexican restaurant along the strip.

These stylish 3 bedroom villas are located close to the centre of the resort of Puerto del Carmen and therefore within 400m you have access to the whole resort. All these modern villas are comfortably furnished throughout, have their own private pool and upstairs sun terraces.The villas are spacious and well equipt & the high walls that surround the pool give each villa a certain sence of privacy. An outdoor Barbaque area make the pool terrace an ideal locating for eating al fresco.
“ The staff were very friendly and acted very quickly whenever we requested something. The villa was very spacious and the pool was a godsend as it was very hot when we were there. Main downside is the villa isn't air-conditioned and we were constantly squashing loads of ants downstairs but overall was a lovely holiday.

This 2-storey hotel was completely renovated in 2006 and comprises a total of 42 apartments. Guests have access to a fabulous pool and garden complex and facilities include a cosy bar, room services as well as a playground.
