This wonderful apartment complex with vast gardens is the perfect place to enjoy the beach and sun of Lanzarote. A 2-storey building, painted green and white, it was built in the traditional architectural style of Lanzarote island. It has 68 apartments and 12 studios, 24-hour reception, a lounge, cafe, bar and restaurant. Other facilities include currency exchange, hotel safe, laundry service (fees apply) and bicycle rental (fees apply).The apartment hotel is located very close to the Fariones Sport Centre and the shopping area of Puerto del Carmen. “ Lovely clean apts, good size, sun terrace, usual kitchen appliancies, except a kettle which you can hire along with a safe key, reception staff polite and helpful. There is a small pool and cafe which we didnt use and a shrub area which our apt was opposite, very quiet. When away I like to keep up with the news and despite the tv having 59 channels not one was in English, I did ask at reception but was a no no. Go ahead and book, ideal location with Carmen's new attractive seafront just a couple of minutes away

Good bar, Hotline for cheap drinks opposite the CC.Atlantico centre
Avoid at all costs the Tropical restaurant on the front of the CC.Atlantico centre, tough tasteless food, esp their carvery, frozen veg, potatoes etc, Pinochio's a couple of doors down is much better

“ The hotel was very close to the strip, where there is an abundance of nightlife, restaurants, bars, clubs and casino. The apartments are spacious and each has a large balcony. They are only two stories high, families being allocated the ground floor apartments. The amenities in the apartment are good and well equipped. The cleaning staff only attend Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; this didn't worry us as we were only two people, but could possibly be a problem for a family with young children. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning. Happy Hour in the restaurant/bar is 2.30 to 5.30 (buy one get one free)!!! The restaurant staff and pool attendants were happy and cheerful, we didn't get to see the cleaning staff in our apartment. We were a bit disappointed with the tv, no english stations at all and no music stations. The settees in the lounge are softer to sleep on than the beds which are very firm. The breakfasts were mainly continental but twice we had fried eggs and baked beans. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all age groups.

Great hotel for the money, take a fan as it can get hot in the rooms and there is no air-con .
staff are friendly
There were a few ants in the room which was sorted as soon as i told them.
The beech is a very short walk, if you need a shop then go through Argintina avenue and its at the end. ( turn left as you leave then right into Argintina avenue)
If you want wi fi there is a 3 euro charge per day or you can pay for the week.
They also sell water at reception but we didnt know this till our last day .

The Nazaret Apartments are located in the city centre of Costa Teguise, one of the most popular tourist resorts in Lanzarote. Costa Teguise is the ideal place to enjoy a peaceful holiday in a very pleasant atmosphere. Nazaret Apartments are situated 200m away from "Las Cucharas" beach, were you can find windsurf and diving clubs. It is also near the golf course and the water park. In all the fields surrounding the resort you can practice jogging, trekking, Nordik walking and mountain biking. The apartments are spacious, with balcony or terrace.
“ Central location and very friendly and obliging staff, apartment was a good size though a little tired and damp but spotlessly clean. Wine in room was nice gesture and fresh bread rolls delivered to your room everyday was a nice touch. If you don't get the weather rooms can be cold as there is no form of heating.

The Hotel Blue Sea Los Fiscos has recently reopened it doors after undergoing refurbishment.This charming property with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere is situated just above the old town and the harbour of Puerto del Carmen there are lovely views down over the sea. It is just a ten minute stroll down to the beach and the resort centre. The rooms are comfortably furnished all with private terrace or balcony,TV,kitchenette and a safety deposit box(payable locally), offering complete comfort in attractive surroundings. This is a good hotel in a tranquil area yet within easy reach of the busy resort of Puerto del Carmen and ideal for families,couples and all ages looking for an active holiday in the sun with everything on your doorstep.
“ the pool is not heated, the alcohol is served in small plastic water cups, the rooms are paper thin and you can hear anyone above. Quite a walk from the beach and very steep also so not good for anyone with walking problems. staff are lovely though.

The apartments are very well located for holidaymakers searching for an action packed holiday. The complex consists of 72 apartments on 4 floors built around a lovely pool and lounging area. La Florida has a snack bar, swimming pool and a reception area that offers money exchange and safety deposit boxes (payable locally). Conveniently located, in Puerto del Carmen, the Florida is the perfect spot for relaxing or taking off to the quaint old town of Puerto Del Carmen.
“ Nice quiet place - I wouldn't really recommend it for kids as there's not much for them to do. (And I'd be happy to keep La Florida kid-free!) The complex sits on quite a steep hill too, so also not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.
