The bungalow complex comprises a total of 19 apartments, 2 of which are suitable for disabled people. Facilities include a lobby and a currency exchange desk.The apartments are located in a small bungalow complex, which lies off one of Puerto del Carmen's main roads. A shopping centre lies within 80 m of the hotel, where there are plenty of shopping and entertainment venues to choose from. The sea is just a 5-minute walk away and the airport is a 10-minute drive from the hotel.The well-situated apartments offer a high level of comfort and homely furnishings. Each apartment comes with a combined bedroom/ lounge area, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a terrace or a small garden, a TV and a hire safe. All the apartments include a kitchenette with a fridge so guests are able to cater for themselves.In the grounds, guests will find 2 pools and a separate children's pool.There is a laundrette in the complex. Guests must state their arrival time, as the reception is not open 24-hours.

“ hotel is in an excellent position as it is near to the beach and all local ammenities. complex is very quiet which is what we were after but may not suit everyone. bungalows could do with a bit of tlc ie, window blinds broken and wooden shutters did not close properly, also could use some new bathroom towels as the ones we had were very thin and frayed. apart from this the bungalows were very clean and maid service was excellent.
“ Top Tip: visit matagorda shopping centre for excellent food in a restaurant called la brisa. The best beach is the one by the airport, the sea is amazing.

Service from the small reception office was good as was the maid service.
Unfortunately there is not a single English TV channels to watch, not even for CNN News. Also the low energy (7w) light bulbs used throughout the appartment are not bright enough for you to be able to read by.
“ Top Tip: Very close to an excellent and well stocked Spar supermarket

“ Top Tip: would recommend friends bar,kinsale irish restaurant and bollywood indian restaurant.if your into scuba diving, the dive shop in matagorda is the best dive school around ask for des.
