These stylish 3 bedroom villas are located close to the centre of the resort of Puerto del Carmen and therefore within 400m you have access to the whole resort. Location
It’s less than 15 minutes form the airport!On leaving the airport, follow the signs for Yaiza which will lead you onto the dual carriageway. On the dual carriagway, move into the left lane and bare left when you see the sign for Puerto del Carmen. This should head you under a road bridge and past petrol stations on both sides of the road. Past these petrol stations you'll need to take the 'circunvalacion' (Ring road). Once on this ring road take the 2nd turning on the right past the Hospiten hospital. Passing under a road bridge you take the 2nd exit on the first roundabout and then the 1st street on the right hand side (after the chemist ans before 'Netto's Supermarket'). Follow on, take the next left up a small hill to another roundabout where you'll need to take the 3rd exit on the left. After the roundabout, take the 2nd turning on the right called 'Calle Anzuelo'. The first street on the left is called 'Calle Potera' where the Villas Bocaina Resort takes up the entire length of the street.It's not as complicated as it sounds!

“ We have just come back, after staying in No7 villa, the villa had everything we needed for a family of 4, the pool was a good size and was regularly cleaned by our pool man Gary who was very friendly, the nearest supermarket was about 10 min walk and had everything we needed including freshly baked bread, the main strip with numerous bars and restaurants was a 10 min walk away, the hill on the way back may be troublesome to some older members of your party, but it was no trouble to us. Our only gripe was that the maid, who came several times during the first week, was not seen the second week when we could of done with clean bedding and towels. Overall we have had a very pleasant holiday and if your looking for somewhere to stay away from the crowd but close enough to all amenities then these villas are ideal.
“ Top Tip: Pinocchios restaurant is a must the food was lovely and staff very friendly, but having said that we did not have a bad meal all holiday as most of the restaurants where lovely.

“ Excellent location and spacious accommodation, set in a quiet residential area. Ten minute walk, at the most, from the beach, restaurants and shops. The only reason we don't mark it a 10 is the lack of English TV and internet access.

Top Tip:
One of the best restaurants is Cafe La Ola which has a magnificent setting on the sea front. Can be a bit pricier than other places around the front but well worth the extra money. Another worth a try is the Slowboat Chinese restaurant across the road from Cafe La Ola, it doesn't look much but the food and service is excellent.
A good excursion for older children and big kids (adults) is the Go Karting at San Bartholemew, they also collect you from, and return you, to the accommodation. This is an excellent day out

“ it was a basic villa, if i had young children the pool would have ad me a nervous wreck. the downstairs bathroom toilet was broken. the upstairs bathroom shower leeked and didnt have water pressure. the doors and windows took me a day to suss how to lock and open them, they were badly fitted. the tv had no english channels. the sheets were for single beds so didnt fit the double bed. you have a hill to walk to the shops and pubs etc. not good for people with trouble walking.

Nice villa,Stayed at no 7,needs a lick of paint inside, Sat TV only in German.
Towels changed and pool cleaned every 2-3 days.Quite central,short walk to pubs,restaurants and supermarkets,no need for a hire car. We would stay again

Top Tip:
Eat in "Ristorante Pizzeria Mozzarella" A few minutes walk away next to the Spar supermarket,lovely fresh pizza's and steak.
