“ The apartments were up a hill from the resort, possibly a 1 in 10 gradient, so people with walking difficulties could find it troublesome. Apartment was clean and tidy, spacious and has everything you need, unless you want to cook with a conventional oven. There isnt one. Only a microwave. We didnt partake of the entertainment and didnt eat in the restaurant. However it looked clean and the menu was varied. Good internet access in reception. The reception staff were friendly and polite and always willing to help. A room is available for luggage for late departures as is a basic shower room. No extra charge. there are three good size swimming pools and a childrens spash pool, all supervised by lifeguards during opening hours. The complex is well maintained and very presentable.
“ Top Tip: Just down the hill is a great irish bar, the 'bodhrun', and there are plenty of bars and restaurants along the front. If you like Indian food, stay clear of the restaurant that doubles as an italian and indian.

“ Stayed at Cinco Plaza apartments in the school break in February. Stayed in apartment 3243 which is a first floor apartment, very clean with new furniture and linen. We had 2 balconys, one which faced out of the complex and got the sun most of the day, and one looking onto the pool area but did not get the sun at all. Would recommend Cinco Plaza to anyone but did have a nice pool area and seemed to cater for families.Only 2 slight complaints: one, the toilet seemed to block 3 or 4 times over the holiday and balconys did not have sun loungers and were not big enought to accomadate them. Also you have to pay for the television which was not explained to us on arrival.
“ Top Tip: Attended a performance at The Music Hall Tavern, which is a drag act but thoroughly enjoyed the night and would recommend it, totally ok for families with children to attend. Went to PLaya Blanca on the Saturday for the market, very good plus lots of nice restaurant to choose from.

“ This is the second time I have stayed here, the apartment was very clean. The maids came into our apartment three times whilst we were there. The pool is excellent and the life guards were brill with the kids and when people needed assistance. It is a bit of a nightmare to get a sunbed all taken at 9.00am!! and the room does need air conditioning but thats the only faults! I would certainly return
