“ Hotel was clean. Food below average, some staff were rude however not all. A very boring hotel with no atmosphere. No entertainment and would definately not recommend this hotel to anyone below the age of 55!!

“ the only complaint I have is the entertainment for kids,there was none at the time of our stay. The reason I suppose was that it did not fall during the kids school hols. Never mind we still enjoyed it.

“ Everything you wanted was there except a kettle, but that's no big deal. Staff very pleasant & couldn't be more helpful. Some small supermarkets close by which had a bigger selection than the hotel shop. Centrally placed. We couldn't fault it.
“ Top Tip: Great restaurants nearby - Asiatico Oriental World (be prepared to queue but it's well woth it); La Paloma; That's Amore (new Italian beautiful food & service). Pubs nearby - Bodhran Bar; Irish Harbour Bar (in the Old Town, not the cheapest but great entertainment; friendly staff & well worth the extra you may pay); Chill Inn (at the entrance to the Red Light square - very reasonably priced; very clean; very friendly)

“ Apartments very clean great location central to beach, bars and restaurants. Hotel staff very friendly especially the barman by the pool and the pool assistant. Would only want to change one thing and thats the beds are too hard other than that we really enjoyed our stay here. We booked b&b but there are plently of restaurants very cheap to eat in.
“ Top Tip: Lovely walks along the promonade. Sunset beach bar/restaurant good food and very friendly. La Ola restaurant on the sea front very nice. There are plenty of very good restaurants to choose from and you dont have to walk far to any of them.

Great place at excellent price.
Went with our 9 month old son march 2012 and had very few complaints.
No kettle in the room but a quick request at the desk and one was delivered within an hour.
The occasional ant, c'est la vie, we'd been given a ground floor apartment, it's to be expected.
No bath, junior was happy enough in the sink.
Apart from these minor wimpers, no complaints.
The staff were fantastic, polite, courteous and helpful when required.
Most guests were 50+ and that led to a very quiet atmosphere. Likewise, most guests were non-UK, again why it was so peaceful.
3 pools, one that is 1.6 metres deep all over, one that has a 1.6 metre deep end and a shallow end and a kiddies pool, 0.35 metres deep.
All apartments are reached from reception either by steps up to the main terrace or a lift, it only goes between 0 and 1
Play area for young kids, swings, slide, see-saw etc
Play zone for older kids, pool, air hockey, pinball etc
Can't comment on food there as we dined out always. Others said it was good
Very much enjoyed our stay there, will be returning to the same place next time we visit lanzarote

Top Tip:
hotel has a reasonable shop, theres also a spar shop, outof the enterance, turn left, down the hill at the bottom.
You're pretty much central to the action, when you walk to the front tutn left or right, theres about a mile each way of bars and restaurants
Food is reasonably priced out there.
Cigarettes are about 25% the price in the Uk so even if you dont smoke bring 200 ba k for someone who does, theyll save about £5 a packet.
