We enjoyed our overall stay, points for concern.
1, be warned if you want the use of a safe it costs extra
2, If you want to watch TV it costs extra ( if you have kids ask them to take out the adult channels this will only be done if you ask they do not mention this when you pay for it)
3, if you would like WI-FI it costs extra
4, if you want to use an iron it costs extra
are you getting the theme
5,if you want to use a hair dryer it cost extra
the cleaners are brilliant clean sheets and towels mid week most of the staff very friendly unfortunately some of the reception and bar staff could do with a bit of customer service training!
the breakfast is not that great and expensive(you can get far better from cafes on front the tavern friendly and good value for money, but would stay here again

El cangrejo Rojo Grill this is in the old harbor area fantastic food not the cheapest
but if you enjoy good food and service this is the place, the staff are fantastic with the kids felt really welcome and not rushed.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Lanzarote is full of hills so no great suprise to find this hotel at the top of the hill. Short walk down the hill to the beach. Spar shop only 2 minutes walk away.
Some lovely resteraunts in Peurto Del Carmen Old Town (10 monutes walk).
“ Top Tip: Bodega Restaurant, Old Town Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. First class service and food when I visited.

“ this hotel i cannot fault. very clean staff & cleaners friendly.me & my boy who is 9 stayed there in march and the weather was hot. there are 2 pools in b block its smaller but there s a bar at the other 1 an they sell food which is reasonably priced. if u go s/c like we did go to the spar which is 2 mins walk from hotel behind it.the shops nr the beach is a lot more pricey.in b block there is hairdryer kettle toaster fridge freezer. theree is a lot of steps going down to the beach which does tire u out coming back up them.
