Very friendly staff especially on reception. Good value for money. Breakfast and lunch good but dinner a bit too basic and limited. Room clean.

My partner and myself stayed here for 3 nights. We're both early 40's. The hotel itself isn't too bad. Not exactly luxury and like most reviews you get what you pay for. I wouldn't agree with a few of the highly negative reviews about this place. To get anywhere in this complex involves quite a few steps so definately not for the faint hearted. The resort itself is very hilly. Ok for walking down into town but not so clever walking back. A solution would be to pay 3-4 euros for a taxi back. The hotel entertainment is very limited and Charlie did her best with what she had available to her. The usual bingo, music quiz, karaoke and pool and darts competitions etc. We went all inclusive here. The food wasn't as bad as some of the reviews we had read before we went. They catered for all tastes to a degree. There's only so much they can do. The drinks were served in small plastic cups but once you had finished you just went back for more. Apparently the pool was supposed to be heated (I personally didn't go in) but my partner did and a few others and their reaction said otherwise, hence the pool was rarely used, apart from the kids who seemed immune to the temperature of it. I wouldn't have been over keen to spend much more time than we did there. For the 3 nights we spent there we loved it and would do the same again.

Further away from main attractions than anticipated, room dated and damp, food choice limited and bland. Entertainment poor, however the girl doing the entertainment work exceptionally hard to include everyone in the activities. I was disappointed with the hotel, and spent most of our time actually in p de carmen. I wouldnt visit this hotel again although the staff were very friendly and obliging. I am looking for another holiday in may but will be more selective.

Top Tip: breakfast at the purple turtle very good! down town new oriental chinese restaurant amazing gud value!!
