This 2-storey hotel was completely renovated in 2006 and comprises a total of 42 apartments. Guests have access to a fabulous pool and garden complex and facilities include a cosy bar, room services as well as a playground.This pleasant apartment hotel lies in the centre of Puerto del Carmen just 400 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach. It is just a stone's throw to a diverse selection of shopping and entertainment venues and links to the public transport network lie about 400 m from the hotel.Each of the tasteful apartments comes with a bathroom, a combined lounge/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, a fridge, a TV, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.In the outdoor complex guests will find a swimming pool, a furnished sun terrace as well as a snack bar for guests to take advantage of. The nearest golf course is approximately 20 km away.The complex does not have 24h reception, it is open from 8 h to 13 h and from 17 h to 20 h. Guest may advise about the approximate time of arrival.

we have stayed here twice now and both times really enjoyed our stay. there staff are very friendly and helpful if you need to know anything from good places to eat or best beaches etc. A few things could be updated ie: sunbeds and furnishings but overall you get what you pay for! it's a five minute walk to a spar which is really cheap compared to the other local supermarkets and five minutes from the main strip of restaurants shops and bars. We will be returning to Los gracioseros hopefully at the end of this year.
Be aware the pool is not heated at all so is flipping freezing!

“ T HE HOTEL WAS FINE NO FIVE STAR BUT CLEAN AND SPACIOUS NEAR ALL SHOPS BARS & restaurrants .the pool bar was good,pool was ok but some tiles were brocken or cracked which is no good for young children

“ This is the second year running that we have spent a week in Los Gracioseros Apartments. Although they could do with a little TLC the apartments are very big and provide excellent value for money. We have only visited during March and April and found the atmosphere very quiet and relaxing. As there is no air conditioning I would not go to these apartments in the peak summer months. The apartments are cleaned regularly and the cleaners are pleasant and flexible as to when they will visit. The bar, which is run by an English couple, is reasonably priced and provides good food as well as liquid refreshments. People must remember that these apartments are one star/key and you get what you pay for. There are hundreds of bars and restaurnts nearby and a five minute walk takes you to these and the seafront. My wife and I will certainly be returning.
“ Top Tip: There is a local Spar shop only two minutes away which provides excellent value. Turn right out of the gates, then first left. Go to the end of that road and you cannot miss it.
