The attractive apartment complex consists of 145 apartments in total. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom, Internet access and bicycle rental. There is also a hairdresser's salon, a cosy hotel bar and an e la carte restaurant with highchairs for younger guests. Outside the hotel guests will find parking facilities. Additionally, a playground is provided for young children and the large garden area is ideal to relax under palm trees.This apartment complex is centrally located in the midst of a 6,000 me well-tended garden, on a quiet side street. A small, pretty bathing bay is only 50 m away and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the Playa Grande main beach. Countless shops, restaurants and bars are located in the immediate vicinity. Public transport departs from stops located directly in front of the hotel.All of the apartments are tastefully furnished and come fitted with an en suite bathroom and a hairdryer, a combined living/bedroom as well as a separate bedroom. Moreover, each has a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a kitchenette, a coffee machine, a dining area, a fridge, a hire safe and a furnished balcony or terrace.A swimming pool, solar heated in winter, children's pool, poolside bar, sun loungers and parasols are available on the hotel grounds. The complex also offers guests use of a hot tub, sauna, steam room, massage service in the 'Aquarsis' spa centre, which is part of the complex, as well as the opportunity to play billiards (additional fee). The nearest golf course is 20 km away.Leaving the airport head toward Puerto del Carmen. Continue on the motorway until the left turn to Puerto del Carmen. Continue on this road until the 2nd entrance to Puerto del Carmen (Rancho Texas). Follow this road straight to the beach. Turn right and stay on this road until reaching the casino (on the left). The apartment hotel is on the road just in front of the casino. Park and find the reception 20 m away on Calle Pedro Barba.Small pets (up to 5 kg) are allowed at the complex.

“ we found the appartmenbts to be quite nice. however the ground floor appartment was cold with very little sun and cockroacch visitors . it was laso a 3 bed appartment but i really did not know where a 3rd person could sleep. all in all we got what we paid for but would not return.
“ Top Tip: idesal position, close to beach ,shops town centre etc. restuarants by harbour much better than those on the strip

“ Although some rooms have been renovated and are availble at extra charge, the hotel is now looking tired and shabby. The public areas, particularly the bar. TV area etc really need decorating and refurbishing. The staff are very polite and obliging.
“ Top Tip: This hotel is in the heart of many bars and restaurants.

“ excellent location. All ammenities on your door step. Nice spaceful apartments which are clean. Nice surroundings, again very clean. Excellent value for money.
“ Top Tip: Went with two teenage girls who enjoyed Route 66 and the The American Indian cafe.
