Renovated in 2006, this complex is set amidst 2,000 me of gardens, and offers a total of 205 apartments spread over 2 floors. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, cafe, bar, TV room, small supermarket, hairdresser, an air-conditioned restaurant with non-smoking area, Internet terminal (for an extra fee), kids' club for children between 4-12, children's playground and parking spaces. A laundry service is available.This apartment complex is some 900 m from the sandy beach, 500 m from the harbour and its array of restaurants, and 1 km from the centre and countless other shopping venues, bars, pubs and restaurants. Links to the public transport network are located about 20 m away.The cosy apartments and studios come equipped with integrated living room/bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette with fridge and minibar, microwave, direct dial telephone, TV (for a fee), hire safe and balcony or terrace. The apartments also include a separate bedroom.In the splendid outdoor complex there are 2 freshwater pools, a children's pool, a poolside snack bar as well as sun loungers and parasols. Its up a hill so you may need a taxi if infirm but don't let that put you off going here.The food was acceptable but i'm a fussy eater and don't really like spicy food so had to stick to more bland food some days.......but no issue!
Its about 10 mins down hill to harbor/ beach area and about 10-15 mins to main shops/bars but get a taxi back less than 5 euros.The only complaint was a few cockroaches in apartment at night swiftly dealt with by hotel supplying spray.........If you are off here to drink solid ask for a room near restaurant side as I said near pool and we was across road or under a tunnel near other pool means a walk after skinful lol.
I would definitely come back again!!!!!

saint and sinners free wifi down hill
Irish bar the blarney stone great meals,staff and free wifi in bar area
Linekers free wifi main strip
Taxi back from strip 5 euros as big hill after a skinful and maybe consider taxi to and from airport as so near and transfers can take an hour on bus if you are last drop :)
Also disco bar has later drink for all inclusive folk only realized last night as was empty this time of year ;(
If your buying presents shop up the strip and look around at prices there's cheaper further up sometimes.

“ Top Tip: Walking distance to the bars, restaurants, shops & beach but l would recommend taking a taxi back as there is quite a clime up the hill back to the hotel

“ Top Tip: Supermarket on sight,but very expensive,5lts of water cost 2-90€,walk 4mins down main road to dino supermarket,same water costs 90cents

This is without doubt a 'Budget' 3* hotel, too far from the beach / resort of Puerto Del Carmen, at the top of a steep hill which is jokingly referred to by the local ex - pats as Cardiac Hill.
The rooms are small, dated and dark, not a pleasant place to stay.
“ Top Tip: Move to another location - we did after just one night and loved it.
