I came to this hotel and met my parents while I was there. I thought the hotel was 4* and the food was plentiful with an excellent choice. I stayed all inclusive and it was worth every penny, there was wine and beer at dinner, and cava with breakfast ;-) (standard breakfast....fruit, bread, meat, cheese, cooked food, pancakes, cakes) (standard dinner.....salad, meat, cheese, paella, hot food, 3 types of show cooking, dessert) you can also dine in the Italian or Oriental restaurant, I went to the Oriental one and loved it. My favourite night theme was mexican night - best taco's ever!!
The staff were very helpful, I noticed in the dining room they 100% looked after a blind couple all week and nothing was a problem for them. Tables can be of any size and again not a problem, I've stayed in places before that go mad if you move their tables!!
My cleaner in particular was excellent, she cleaned my room very well and made amazing shapes with my towels everyday, just making me feel she was going the extra mile (the thing all amangers ask for in my office!!)
Excellent location close to the airport, loved watching the aeroplanes landing and taking off....its addictive!! Outwith the airport is very quiet, there is a gym on the street (random) and a brilliant promenade to walk on with a shopping centre and bars nearby....but its never going to be lively!!
Lanzarote is so very clean compared to the other canary islands.....I would recommend and def recommend this hotel....the only down side I could see was the evening entertainment....it's not the best but the local bars do good quizzes and live music....so its not all lost!
P.S saw the pool man power hosing the sunbeds everyday....he did about 25 a day.....so not sure how people managed to find a dirty one.

Top Tip:
Pool on the left is heated......
No need to take a beach towel....15 euro deposit gest you a towel and returned to you at the end of the week.
Free Wifi behind the reception area.
Hairdryer in the room

yes near beach but beach is to rocky to go swimming in, the rooms was not cleaned propely, soon as u come out of the shower you have dirty feet entertainment was mainly all spanish speaking, the animation team did not understand english at all and did not make any effort in communicating with the english talking guests, the pool area was not cleaned around the outside and around the deking area plus the sunbeds was not cleand either and thier was birds muck all over them in the two weeks we was their,
they promised a change in food every day but their was not it was the same most days, main bar area carpets wasnt cleaned properly stains everywhere,
and in the main restaurant the birds fly through the doors and eat the food in the serving areas and the staff just let them.
“ Top Tip: this hotel is not a 4 star it deserves less

“ Very nice clean hotel and excellent reception staff.

Top Tip:
Hired bicycles at the hotel via reception - excellent. Found a new McDonalds nearby (hidden away on a back street) for my favourite toffee sundae.
Only fault we found was when you landed at the airport it was very unclear where to go for your transfer bus and we got left behind!!! Was stuck at airport for 2½ hours and if I hadn't gone to the office again, would probably have been stuck there longer.

“ A nice hotel with plenty of room in the complex, could always get a sun bed, however it was March 12 when we stayed. Rooms were a good size for 2 of us , a family might find them a bit tight. Maid service was good and everyday, all staff helpful. In high season the hotel could be busy as it is a large hotel. Very close to the airport , flights passed frequently during the day, which created a bit of noise. It is at a quite end of town , a few shops within a 5 min walk. While on a number of levels, there are plenty of lifts.
“ Top Tip: The beach sun bed area is 2 min walk
