Very difficult to find fault with Gran Hotel Lugo, it certainly lives up to it's 4 star rating.
Well located just 5 minutes from the city walls and on a main road leading into Lugo it was easy to find.
The staff were very helpfull although some of the reception staff did not speak English, this was not unexpected in northern Spain and was not a problem.
The double room was of a good size and well maintained, the breakfast excellent.
