“ The hotel was very central but a little to close to the red light district. It was very clean and presentable. The buffet could have offered more variety but was effeciently run. The hotel could benefit from some little t & c.

Great location-next to Metro and near the centre of Madrid. The hotel has a beautiful interior and rooms are clean and very comfortable. Staff are friendly However it is the little thing that they let themselves down on. It was hard work to get milk sachets and coffee. The breakfast wasn't very well organised and below average in quality.
Overall we were very pleased and just those final touches would be great but have no problem in recommending it to stay at

“ Excellent hotel in a great location. Friendly, helpful staff and as it was my birthday while I stayed there, I found a complimentary bottle of cava in my room on the day. Nice touch!
“ Top Tip: Turn left out of the hotel door and 100 yards on the left is a cerveceria where a large beer is 2 euros and a flat white wine (they don't sell cava) 1 euro. A bit studenty, but plenty of seating outside as well as in. V popular

“ This hotel is in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions and right next to the Metro. All staff were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel facilities and comfort levels were the best I have experienced in a City centre hotel, I particularly liked the reclining beds, free mini bar and use of the safe. The complimentary water, juice and cava in the reception area was a nice touch.
“ Top Tip: The restaurant next door to the hotel Cafe and Te served great food at a reasonable price.

“ Hotel is centrally located, close to bars and restaurants and the Gran Via Metro station. Our room was small, but clean and functional for what we wanted from this trip. Breakfast was included even though we hadn't asked for it and there was a small mini bar free of charge. Reception area could do with brightening up, but staff very helpful.
“ Top Tip: Visitors must take the Madrid City Bus Tour. Great way to get around the city and great way to see all the top sights. Would recommend the Real Madrid Bernabeu Stadium Tour for football fans. For those who only want to spend a couple of hours at museums, the Prado and Reina Sofia offer free entry for the last two hours of opening each evening.
