Hotel Barcelo Ponent Playa is situated on Cala Ferrera beach, in the beautiful resort of Cala D'or in south-western Majorca. This hotel is in a quiet, peaceful location, but close to a tourist area buzzing with activity round the clock. There is a wide variety of services to choose from along with a program of entertainment. Facilities include a buffet restaurant, 3 bars and a poolside snack bar (summer only) as well as a games room, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and children's playground.

“ We found the Barcelo pontent playa hotel very good value for money . great location right on beach . We stayed half board . The food was buffet! breakfast was very good everything you want, fry up or healthy food and plenty of it . Same for evening meal something for everyone's taste. The rooms were spotless as was the hotel . We found the staff helpful and friendly . Lift goes right down to beach bar and beach . What a great little beach for kid's we thought ' Our's grown up now but would have loved to have brought them here . Entertainment team worked so hard they deserve a mention. I always shop round before i book and find Travel Republic always come's out with best deal . I had a great hotel in florida with them last year .I have never had any problems with them and find them a first rate firm . so stop looking and get it booked .
“ Top Tip: Great location 2 mins walk to local bus stop take's you all round area . 2 mins walk to shops' supermarket' and bar's . Try Pub Carabell just across road from hotel great pub and happy hour all night 2 drinks for one all night 7 euro's for 2 g & t's and 2 baily's . Local bus takes you to Caves of Drac dont book a trip with a rep . It will be a quarter of the price .

“ Booked as a last minute All-Inclusive deal. Hotel was very clean, pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Good choice of food, great drinks (San Miguel), free wifi in reception. Very clean, maid service every day. I would definately re-visit,

entertainment laid on for young and old.
v friendly reception staff who had the resident's
priorities at heart. food good but local drink not gr8,
