The Monnaber Nou hotel is a restored manor house set in over 500 acres of the most unspoilt Majorcan countryside, the essence of the beautiful and tranquil island which first attracted tourists well over a century ago.
Under the care of the Mayordomo family, the hotel combines its original character with modern facilities and a friendly atmosphere.
In each room intimacy and warmth reign supreme: colourful decor, soft lighting and fine furniture contribute to the feeling of luxury. This refined atmosphere is complemented by modern comforts ensuite bathrooms with hair-dryer, air conditioning, international television channels, minibar, direct dial telephone, private safe and Wiffi internet connection.
The hotel restaurant, formerly the dining hall of the manor, offers guests panoramic views from its terraces. The best of Majorcan and Mediterranean cuisine is prepared from fresh local produce and complemented by fine wine.
Guests may select from the rich breakfast buffet, the a la carte menus and the daily three course menu. With friendly and professional service, headed by Pep Riera y Manolo Cebrero Matre dhotel, the restaurant offers an experience which is a delight to all of the senses

“ We knew this hotel was very rural so booked in for dinner, bed and breakfast. The dinner menu changed every evening and the hotel use as much local produce as possible - the food was superb!
“ Top Tip: If you want to totally get away from it all stay at this hotel. If you hire a car it is easy enough to visit more of Majorca's gems.

We loved Monnaber Nou. Really wonderful place to experience the "Real Mallorca" Very friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast and fab view. The rooms are large and beautifully furnished. Nice pool area. Need a car to explore the area and try good restaurants. If you go to Pollensa the restaurants in the Main Plaza are expensive and poor quality. We were recommended Eu Centro, just off the square..........fantastic, local food.
Would definitely return to Monnaber Nou. Thanks to all the staff.
“ Top Tip: Try Es Verger restaurant for great lamb......not posh but wonderful lamb. If you don't like heights best not go!! It is just outside Alaro.....Up and up. Follow signs for Castello.

A little bit of heaven if your looking for peace and tranquility. Our room was in the main hotel which had great views. There is an annexe which is still nice but not with such great views.
I had a massage which I can highly recommend.
We were just bed and breakfast and the food was fantastic. If you are half board there is a set evening menu with an additional extra for a la carte.
We would definitely go back again.

Top Tip:
You definitely need a car as the hotel is quite remote.
Would recommend Ca'n Pere in old Alcudia town as a restaurant. Lovely meal with a bottle of wine is approx 50 Euros.
Tapas bar in Muscaria is worth a visit and you must go up into the mountains though the roads are not for the faint hearted but amazing.
