“ Not happy to get a room at back of hotel and even more unhappy to receive a disabled room without being informed. No bath or space for towels or toileteries and a floor that was always wet. Cannot see how the bathroom would be suitable for disabled vistors either as the towel shelf was a height of 2m from the floor and just one towel hook also around 2m up. Staff were surely and bordering on downright rude and showed no interest in the welfare of their paying guests. Food was OK,hotel clean but not a pleasant stay! Avoid

“ Top Tip: avoid beach walk into Palma in afternoon sun unless you want heat stroke!

“ Good hotel very near airport but the plane noise did not bother my husband and I. We expected more older people at this time of year but there was a salsa dance group on holiday so was a bit off putting around the pool with such fit people there. Their dancing and music was really nice and they all took it very seriously.

“ Top Tip: The little bay five minutes walk from hotel very nice and plenty of bars, shops and cafe's in this area. Ride on little tourest train to Arenel very nice and can be picked up next to the hotel. Ride to Palma on bus 1euro 50.

“ Third visit and we were not disappointed - still the same high standards. This hotel tends to have a culture of overbooking but it is so good that we take our chances and luckily this time we were not affected. The meals are excellent and the restaurant benefits from a lovely outside seating area which can be used for both breakfast and dinner when the weather is good. Probably the best feature of the hotel is its position overlooking the Bay of Palma and the close proximity to the city of Palma - Just a 1.50 euro bus trip from the bus stop around the corner. We certainly hope to be fortunate enough to return very soon.
