“ animation team best ever for keeping children entertained and adults hardest workers i have seen .we have been to this hotel 4 times and keep going because of this team food not so good but it is only 3 star very good snack bar . should be able to get more than 2 drinks makes it hard when you have children who just have soft drinks then you have to go back for your own .this is a family hotel and i think maybe groups of males and females are out of place as there are a lot of children but we had a great holiday

“ A basic hotel but all that you want for a holiday. The food was good, the entertainment was ok and it was very clean. Not the best hotel I've ever stayed in but at the price, it was perfect for purpose.
“ Top Tip: Williams Bar, a five minute walk from the hotel is perfect for watching sport.

This hotel is advertised as 3 stars and it definatly is, The food was 3* all nice and there was something for everyone my daughter is vegatarian and there was plenty of choice each night but it wasn't repetative, The room is 3* but how long do you actually stay in your room when you are on holiday also the cleaning staff were very honest (we have had it before where they weren't.)
The entertainment is 5* and it is what makes this hotel what it is, there is something different every night and the lads and girls put in a lot of work day and night to keep every one entertained, and the lads Pino, Jonas and Evgeny made our holiday with our late night trips to Charly's that extra bit special.
I did hear a couple of people moaning when we there but there are some people who are never satisfied. If you want 5* food and board go and pay 5* prices if you want a good holiday for a reasonable price I would recommend Hotel Tonga.

“ The facilities at this hotel surpass its 3 star rating. The rooms are clean, the food very good and varied. The entertainment programme for the children is excellent, the Kids team go out of their way to ensure the children are kept occupied and happy. There is a good programme of evening entertainment in the lounge which can be quite noisy but what else would you expect with so many small children around. The local bus to Alcudia stops at the bottom of the street and the beach is a 10/15 minute walk. All in all an excellent hotel for a family with children to stay.
“ Top Tip: Very close to local transport bus stop for Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, Formentor, Caves of Drach and even Palma can be reached.
