“ A lovely hotel. Although there was a very nice secluded adult pool area, there were a lot of preschool children there which made other areas noisy. In particular the adult evening shows were often spoilt my young children at the front wishing to continually reorganise the chairs and by people walking back and forth to them. There was a programme of daily activities especially for the children and the evening shows were excellent, particularly the Tribute to the Beatles and Abba. The evening Buffet was worth every penny offering a wide range of options.

The hotel was clean and pleasant. (It could probably do with updating the bedrooms within the next year or 2).
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
Food was lovely and there was a large variety, couldn't fault it.

“ Excellent hotel, especially for families with children as far as early teens. Very clean with all the facilities you will need. Restaurant is buffet style and serves very good food with a very large choice.
“ Top Tip: If you want activities outside the hotel complex most of the best are in Palma. To get there you will probably need a hire car. The drive to Marineland, for example, is around 1 hour. Western Water Park is near there too and is good. There is also a smaller Water Park near Alcudia which can be reached easier by bus or taxi.
