Two mature young english lady's.
This hotel was very clean, modern decor and friendly. Mostly german guests.
We booked the superior room which to our amazement was wonderful.. we had a large veranda and sun loungers and table and chairs, we also had a fridge and music and a tv.. the tv unfortunetly did not have english films, but did have the news channels.
The standard of the room and its furnishings was very high and the housekeeping were very particular and clean.
The Receptionists were also very well english spoken and friendly and helpful.

We went as a couple to spend 5 days on vacation. From the rooms facing the street, if you look out is the beach is three blocks perpendicular to the beach, very convenient.
The hotel is newly renovated as new, the rooms are modern, air conditioned, the bathroom is also brand new glass wall in the bathtub and all very curious.
We stayed in a room inside, which is cheaper, also has a balcony and a clothesline for clothes when you come to the beach.
In general, the room is spotless, spends every day cleaning and change all towels and sheets also be used for room freshener smell super good.
We are delighted with the hotel, compared to those around, for us the best.
Now, the area of El Arenal, it is not recommend to any Spanish. All German and foreign, and as strong, the staff of the stores can not speak Spanish! It is better to go to the north, or Portocristo area, we were out there and is much better in the area, and beaches.

Top Tip:
Many restaurants and souvenir shops. The restaurants all junk food, menus are not in the Arenal area, all pizza, burgers, sandwiches, pasta and Turkish, there is almost nothing of healthy food, and very expensive to eat there. In most establishments the employees are German and can speak anything but Spanish.
Plagued by German, English and Italian, there is almost no Spanish. It is an area for partying and drunken foreigners, not recommend it to Spanish.
