Excellent value for money! I went there with my girlf-friend and our two little boys, we stayed In the studio/ apartment. I was pleasantly surprised with the interior, size and clineliness of the room. Plus we had an amazing sea view and could enjoy amazing sunsets every evening.
All staff is very friendly and professional.
The complex is placed on a large area of land, be ready to climb hills every day, but don't get put off as me even though I ha to push pram up and down every day I managed just fine. Plus came back with better figure than I had when I came for holidays. Contributin factor to it was the food. It is the weakest point of the hotel, however for the price we payed I couldn't ask for more. There was always good choice and you'd have to be a fussy eater to go hungry in hat place.
There's plenty of activities for all ages, from baby club and water slide, through to daily aerobic and water sports, horse riding and evening entairtement for the lazy ones. I can't say it was breath taking, there were better and worst performances but all in all the team has tried to make it fun.
I am sure one day I'll come back there for a family holidays or girly break.
I think it's not a place for young and crazy guys looking do entertainment. It's secluded and far fon beach, clubs and restaurants. For those looking to relax its perfect.
Finally it's definately an advantage if you can rent a car, but if that is not an option ther's a bus service to arenal and Palma. Ask for express buses as they take you to the beach in 15-20 min instead of 45-55 min with the usual bus. From hotel it's 11.15, return from arenal around 18.15-18.25
“ Top Tip: Express bus at 11.15 from hotel and return from beach in Arenal at 18.15-19.25 number 520 return ticket 4.10

The staff were fantastic and helpful, The food was great as were the facilities. To top it all, were the animation team who put on one fantastic show after another as well as the games and entertainment during the day. If you didn't want to join in you could escape to the quiet top pools.
All in all a brilliant holiday!
“ Top Tip: The resort is a half hour bus ride to Arenal, with cycle hire for as little as 5 euros for the day. there is a cycle path all the way to Palma approx 9 miles.

All in all for the price paid we had a good holiday. The kids had a great time and there was lots for them to do. The room we had was basic, however we did have a kitchen with a fridge and two rooms separated by curtains ( so faired better than most people we talked to.) We also had a fantastic view, as we were right on the cliff front, so did not feel we needed to upgrade to the renovated apartments.
The bar staff were ok on the whole, Jaun and Simy were great, Piedre was rude, sullen and when i ordered my very first drinks, told me I had not done it correctly and not to waste his time!!!! Not a good start!
Food was hit and miss, but we could always find something to eat. The staff here worked hard, but when the resort was full, it struggled to accommodate everyone, which led to queues outside.
The animation team were great, with the exception of Florence ( horse riding teacher) who was so unkind and unprofessional towards my 8 year old daughter, bellowing at her from across the yard that she was 'urting my 'orse' rather than show her how to hold the reigns correctly, her teaching style left a lot to be desired and her attitude was awful. My daughter was mortified, and so upset that she doesn't want to go on a horse again! Really sad as this was what we were really looking forward to.
Apart from this which happened towards the end of our holiday, we had a good time.
Also if you like a beach and shops withing walking distance, this may not be your cup of tea.
Loved Del Sol resturant in Arenal.
Pick up money off coupons in Burger King for Aqualand- these worked out much cheaper than booking .
