“ I HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL THREE TIMES ONCE ON MY OWN AND TWICE WITH A GROUP OF FRIENDS. ALL OCCASIONS I HAVE FOUND THE STAFF TO BE WELCOMING ANG OBLIGING. THE FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES ARE NUMEROUS AND EVERTHING IS SO CLEAN BUT DATED.THE BUS SERVICE IS GREAT IF YOU WANT TO SPEND THE DAY ON THE BEACH AT ARENAL IT COSTS 3.05 EUROS RETURN. I WILL BE RETURNING NEXT YEAR !

“ like many others i read the reviews and was a little apprehensive,and as far as the rooms go they were right very basic and outdated. But on saying that they were very clean and i can only describe as they did the job,the food in the hotel was also hit and miss but i always found something and being all inclusive if lunch werent up to much i just had cold meat and salad enough for me,my only complaint was that if you didnt get in soon as they opened then there ended up a big queue because they only used one side of the serving areas but on my last day they opened the other side which helped.now to the rest of the hotel and area theres everything you need to keep yourselves and younger ones entertained during the day and the surroundings of the hotel is great set amongst pine trees with breath taking views of palma bay and at night a stunning sunset to sit and watch with a drink. Theres horse riding ,tennis,crazy golf,scuba and the entertainment team work very hard both day and at night, their shows were fun and quite professional especially the Love boat very funny.The swimming pools theres 3 of them all very different the bottom pool where daily activities happen can be quite rowdy but fun if thats what you like, the middle pool is heated but only small but its near to the stables and some people just sit and watch the horses for a while which theres a large seating area,the top pool is more relaxed and nicer surroundings which is where i sunbathed that is where the upgraded rooms or and if im honest if you can afford go for these options. Overall we had a really good holiday here its certainly not 5 star but everything is adequate and its all surrounded by fantasic views and a charming sunset.

“ Top Tip: if you want to get out and about to Arena or Palma theres a regular bus at very reasonable prices that run every hour or so,and i would choose upgraded room but book when you get there because we heard some people had booked upgrade through travel agent and had to pay again and claim it back.

“ Entertainment staff very good bar staff,and restaurant staff excellent, Hotel Manager very good.The downside was lack of variation of food and me and my friend and other people went down with sickness and diarrhoea or what is known as food pioson so wont be going back again
