“ the apartments and the floriana staff were excellent, no complaints however the only blot was that 90% of the guests at the floriana were all inclusive which meant unfortunately although requested by the staff not to reserve them there were no sun beds available from 9.00am at any of the 3 pools which we found very disappointing considering the size of the floriana. We should not need to be at pool side by 8.00am to get a bed and surely an easier and farer way to allocate beds would to be to give all guests a ticket on arrival for the number of beds required for the duration of their stay.

“ Had to get up at 6.30 every morning in order to ensure a sun lounger was secured. Others were reserving sun loungers and then not using them all day which was frustrating. Many people reported this to reception, yet nothing was done about it. Severe lack of sun loungers by the hotel which meant that we were not able to have a lie-in on our holiday.
“ Top Tip: Maria's cafe near to the hotel - good food, friendly service and very cheap. We used to use it as our first/ last stop on the walk to the main shops/ restaurants in the resort.

This hotel was very well organised and clean. The swimming poole was very cold.
The staff very willing and helpful and it made a good place to explore majorca with the use of a hire car. However if you didnt have a car it was quite a walk to beaches of Callor Bona, which were not worth the walk and an even longer walk to the better beaches of Callor Millor. Lots of holiday camp type of entertainment but this hotel is nearly totally aimed at German or Dutch tourists and you felt you were in a German holiday camp rather than a hotel on a spanish resort. It is suitable for families but the children didn't make friends like they would normally as there were very few other English families.

Top Tip:
Callor Bona harbour great selection of restaurants, and lovely atmosphere. Fish restaurants were the best although rather pricy.
Hire a car and try the beach at Agualla near Callor Rajida beautiful!

We had an appartment in block E which was very clean plenty of room and was over looking the tennis courts.
The area outside was fantastic grass with trees for shade it it got to hot & a choice of 2 swimming pools.
The hotel was very clean & the staff were brilliant.

Top Tip:
The harbour & sea front is only 5 minute walk.
There are lots of fantastic bars & restaurants such as Smithys , Janets & Johns in the harbour & Sonny's & the Cat's Whiskers on the sea front, also for the most wonderful freshly made of your choice sandwiches, rolls, wraps & icecreams there is Julies just as you go into the harbour.
