The Hotel Sur is a family run property offering all that you need for a holiday in the lovely, picturesque resort of Cala Bona. The hotel is situated just 70 metres from the nearest beach and 200 metres from the Cala Bona harbour with it’s numerous bars and restaurants. Shops and links to the transport network can be found in the vicinity. The 4 floor hotel comprises a total of 72 rooms, some of which offer seaview and some with poolview and the open countryside towards the back of the property. It features a foyer with a 24 hour reception desk, safety deposit boxes (extra charge) and a lift. A very pleasant bar and terrace can be found on the ground floor at the front of the Hotel and there is a dining room where breakfast and a simple buffet dinner are served. The bright and welcoming rooms all have en-suite bathrooms, a balcony/terrace with table and chairs and mini-fridge. As a 1 Star, the hotel does not have air-conditioning but fans can be hired from reception. There is a quite lounge/reading room with a small library available to guests and a small gym, available to guests free of charge. The hotel also has a pleasant outdoor area with a freshwater swimming-pool for adults and a separate children’s pool with free sun loungers and parasols. Wifi internet connection also available in the public areas.
All of this and a friendly, personalized service from all the staff will ensure you leave with fond memories of your stay at the Hotel Sur.

“ Top Tip: all places good, beach at far end really nice and sandy near cala mellor lovely walk along sea front,although not that much for kids to do other than that well worth going to for nice chilling holiday will go back both to hotel and area.

“ Top Tip: L'Olivia for real Spanish tapas is a must. Prices are a little more but worth every penny.

the hotel is very clean and tidy.staff are so freindly and will do anything to help you out.
this should be a 3 star hotel not a 1 star this our second time there and will be going back again next year and taking the grand kids.
the food is ok but very spanishey and could do with a bit more variaty and a bit more english food but there is allways some thing to get you bye.
but over all a great place and even more what do you want for the price.
the hotel is very close to shops and restarants. the beach is a stone throw away and if walk along the prom for ten minutes you come to cala millor where it is a bit more lively as calabona is very quit.
