This beach hotel, which was renovated in 2007, is a family-owned hotel and enjoys a long tradition. It is located just beside the sea, and offers access to a beautiful small beach with palm trees. It has 139 rooms in total spread across 5 floors, as well as air conditioning, a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, lift access, a cafe/bar/restaurant and TV room. Internet and WLAN access also feature, as do room and laundry services and a cycle hire service.
Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car in the form of a car park and a parking garage.The hotel is about 1.5 km or a 10-minute walk from Paguera. There, guests will find restaurants, bars, nightlife, links to public transport, the bus station and shopping opportunities. It is only 30 minutes from the airport (Son Sant Joan Airport, Palma Mallorca), and 20 minutes from the main town Palma de Mallorca.All rooms have terrace with incomparable views of the sea and the Mallorcan coastlline, fully equipped bathroom, air-conditioning, sat-TV, telephone, safebox, minibar and hair dryer.Guests may take advantage of the outdoor pool and the large terraces with sun loungers and parasols. For the sporty, the hotel offers a fully-equipped gym, heated indoor seawater swimming pool, free tennis court, table tennis, squash and a variety of water sports (water skiing, jet skiing, motor boating, diving, windsurfing, sailing, catamaran sailing, pedal boating). A children's pool and a poolside snack bar also feature.
A towel service is offered at the pools. Other leisure facilities include a sauna and hot tub. The nearby beach is sand and gravel and comes with sun loungers and parasols.The hotel offers a shuttle bus service four times daily to Paguera centre 6 days a week.

“ We were allocated a beautiful sea view room overlooking the pool area as we had requested.The location of this hotel is stunning looking over the bay towards Paguera which is a 20 minute walk away.Hotel runs a mini bus if needed.There are two outdoor pools one of which is new and is very beautiful.Also a Thallasso Spa for massages etc.Food and cleanliness both excellent and drinks or lunch on the pool terrace are a must.Clientele are mostly German but no problems with sun beds .There are more than enough for all.We had a great week and will certainly return.The booking via Travel Republic was also trouble free and we will use again.For value for money go to Cala Fornells.Eric Heron
“ Top Tip: The La Gran Tortuga restaurant nr Paguera and a 15 min walk from the hotel is excellent with stunning views over the bay ,best for lunch.

“ The hotel was spotlessly clean and I had a lovely room with a sea view. The new infinity pool was great and also spotlessly clean. The bars were nice and the food was good but it would have been nice to have an a la'carte menu as well as, or instead of the buffet. It was very quiet in the evenings but easy to get into Paguera for a bit more night life.

“ We had a terrible time for the first three days as the air conditioning did not work in the room. We complained every day, afternoon and evening. The receptionist kept saying the engineer is going to come to have a look but no one did. We had a 6 months old baby and a 7 year old with us and the kids were extremely uncomfortable throughout the night. The baby cried the whole night as the temperature in the room was warmer than outside. After us complaining on the fourth day we were finally moved into a different room.
