The building was built in 1986 and completely renovated in 2004. The building consists of 4 storeys and a total of 216 are apartments. The facilities include a large, peaceful garden and pool area, a stylish lobby with lifts and a reception that is open to guests around the clock. There is also a TV room, a supermarket, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. There is also an Internet terminal available for guests' use. Guests may also take advantage of the laundry service. The complex offers bicycle hire as well as a children's play area.This appealing apartment complex is located some 100 m from the beach at the boarder between the resorts of Cala Millor and Cala Bona. It is 300 m to Cala Bona's sandy beach. The harbour with its scores of restaurants is less than a kilometre away. Cala Millor's sandy beach and centre with its abundance of shops and other entertainment options is 400 m away.The tastefully furnished apartments are fitted with an en suite bathroom with a shower, a lounge area, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a food preparation area, air conditioning (individually regulated), central heating, a safe and a balcony. The rooms are cleaned on departure.There is a pool in the garden with a separate children's pool, a snack bar, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The complex also possesses an indoor swimming pool and a spa area with a Jacuzzi, a sauna (for an additional charge) and a solarium. Other activities include water aerobics, archery, volleyball and minigolf. Mountain biking, pool, snooker and golf are all available on payment of an additional charge. The apartment complex organises a diverse entertainment programme for young and older guests on a daily basis.

“ The hotel is run on a first-class basis with staff being very helpful and courteous. The entertainment for adults is only moderate but there is pllenty for the kids. There is a wide choice of very good food in clean air-conditioned restaurant. There are two swimming pools and a paddling pool, all well maintained as is the surrounding area. Anyone who doesn!t enjoy this hotel is hard to please.
“ Top Tip: There are plenty of bars close by, my favourite is the Bar Migjorn,where the service is excellent and the prices reasonable.

This is one of the best 3 star hotels I've stayed in, the room had plenty of space with 3 beds in the bedroom and a sofa (a bit hard) in the living room, the cooking area was a bit basic but had what is required. It had a biggish deep main pool, a smaller knee deep pool with jacuzzi and a childrens play pool (Pirate themed) with slides and water cannons. It has a children club and daily entertainment (limited due to season). The food was good value at 13 euros adults and 7.50 children, all you can eat buffet and out door BBQ, so good variety.
I would stay here again, but please note that this hotel is Prodominately German, so English is the 3rd choice language.

“ Stayed in a one bedroon apartment for a few days at the beginning of April to celebrate my birthday with my grown-up children. Apartment was excellent - very spacious and well equipped with a lovely balcony with the sea visible in the distance. Sofa bed was comfortable. Stayed on a bed and breakfast basis: breakfast was good but hotel was reasonably quiet and I can imagine the restaurant would be heaving during the summer. Hotel is midway between Cala Millor and Cala Bona with the beach of Cala Millor within easy walking distance. Have stayed in several four star hotels in Cala Millor on half board basis before - never been disappointed yet. Marins Playa apartments are definitely the top end of three star accommodation.

“ Good location, clean, indoor swimming pool useful as our stay was early in the year (mixed weather) unable to comment on food quality ate out. Would recommend a stay in this Hotel ( especially out of season )

“ We only stayed one night but it was very good. The Hotel left us a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. All aspects were very good and excellent value for money. We will certainly return.
