“ Ideal location close to the beach, good beach restaurant. Hotel breakfast very good, good choice and quality. Good bus service to Cala dor and other places. Good for a quiet getaway.

“ Top Tip: Beware of the "lady" selling a flower for 1cent, we were acosted by such a person who then tried to grab the money out of my purse. Not a pleasant experience in Cala Ferera.

“ The hotel is situated in a very beautiful part of Majorca within walking distance of two sandy coves. However, the room was very basic and smelly. There was no air conditioning which was very uncomfortable. I understand that the top floor of the hotel had air conditioning units that you could use at the cost of 12 euros a day which I would have gladly paid for! The breakfast was very basic and the same each morning one choice of cereal, rolls, eggs, cheese and ham. We booked half board but as the choice was limited to one we ate out mostly. The restaurants on the beaches are very expensive but there are some good reasonably priced restaurants in near by Peurto Petra overlooking the beautiful harbour. Buses run every couple of hours or you could get a taxi for 5.5 euros. There is also a large selection of restaurants in Cala D'or. We visited this hotel 28 years ago and it was like going back in time. We knew exactly what to expect (except we thought it had air con) therefore, was not disapointed but please do not expect too much.

“ Condemar hotel doesn't have all the luxuries of a big hotel but it's very clean, friendly and has excellent service. The location is great for those wanting a quiet break in the sun, majorca's best kept secret.
